We had our 1st conference here this past Saturday, hosting 300+ people from across the state. Carrow has been very supportive and helpful from day one. The facility is absolutely lovely and spacious. Derek provided all of the help we needed during our setup time the day before the event. The venue is clean and the staff very pleasant and easy to work with. Carrow and her staff were excellent in the planning and execution for the Southwestern Province of Kappa Alpha Psi Membership Intake Weekend in Alexandria. They printed name tags for everyone that participated in the weekend as well. The facility staff was excellent in making sure that our needs were met and even offered to open the doors early in the day so that our members did not have to walk in the rain from The Hotel Bentley to the Holiday Inn.
