Dead ass, that’s a straight-up Louisiana soul plate, no cap. You got them red beans and rice hittin’ different—creamy, smoky, seasoned like somebody’s grandma was in the kitchen with that holy trinity. Then they throw on that blackened catfish, crispy on the edges, juicy on the inside, seasoned to slap your taste buds awake. And don’t sleep on that crawfish mac—cheesy, buttery, loaded with lil’ crawfish tails like it’s Mardi Gras in your mouth. That plate? Bussin’. Pros: Clean, nice furniture, plenty of room to hang out with friends in a classy atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are reasonably priced while also being clean with top quality beds.

Cons: Price of drinks, poor service, small hotel rooms.

I’m writing this review after 5 years of doing business here. These pros and cons have been consistent over this period of time for me and people I know doing business here.

Overall would recommend, however be prepared to pay more for a standard drink with poor service compared to other bars and restaurants...

Food, drinks, ambiance, service, it's all so good! I come here once a week with a group and we do that because we all love it. The staff is always masked and customers do a good job of masking and socially distancing. I've had half the drinks on the menu and they're all delicious, well-made, and not skimpy on the alcohol.
