Went here to see my best friend her married down the road. Initially, the reception was planned to be there, but was moved.

The lobby is gorgeous, so I was hoping to expect the same thing out of the rooms. However, that would not be the case. After on the road for 10 hours, we got in late at night, and there were scuff marks all over the walls in the room. I could expect some by the door near the floor because of the cart, but these were chest height by the beds. Not only this, but the faceplate on the door covered the deasbolt, not allowing us to lock it for security. I wouldn't want my wife and 3 year old in the room by themselves.

I went to the front desk in the morning, showed her my pictures of the room, and she offered to room swap. I went check out the room, and it was the same, but there were also tons of paint chips and a golfball sized hole in the bathroom wall! I went down and showed her these pictures and she gave us a third room. It still had scuff marks, but much less.

None of these rooms felt like $200/ night. The first room, I had bigger rooms and MUCH better quality for less. The third room, I would pay $150 max. The sleeper couch that my kid was going to sleep on had all sorts of stains that looked like old blood/bedbug stains that they just put a cover and zipped. They had to bring in a rollaway bed for her. The blankets they brought for my kid? Had 2 orange-sized holes on one end. Laughing at this ridiculous case of Murphy's Law, we decided to just use one end of the blankets and call it there.

The VAST majority of the issues could be fixed with a can of paint and a few weeks worth of afternoons. This is a disgrace.

They obviously put all of their revenue into the restaurant and club. It's definitely not in the rooms. Only three stars on service because the lady at the front desk was very nice and doing everything she could. She said we should hear from management in no more than a week. It's been a week. No call. I'd post the pictures here, but it won't let me.
