Omg I can’t say enough about this amazing gem! The staff are above and beyond, the food is some of the best I’ve ever had, and the atmosphere is lovely with soft music playing in the background. They have a small but scrumptious buffet with home style cooking. Today they had meatloaf, fresh fried chicken and beef tips, with cabbage, field peas, rice, mashed potatoes, okra and tomatoes and rolls with butter. There is also a salad bar and the ranch dressing is the best I’ve ever eaten! There is also a desert bar and it’s all you can eat for $12.95! I had beef tips and rice, salad, okra and tomatoes, and cabbage with a roll and peach cobbler later on (they gave me a go box for it!) Everything was seasoned perfectly, the meat was so tender and the gravy was amazing! I will most definitely be back to this special place. All of the staff checked on us at one point or another and gave us a copy of the daily lunch menu. Excellent food, staff, and very reasonably priced!...

This. Place. Is. EVERYTHING. I cannot stress enough how WONDERFUL this place is. It's only open for lunch and specific hours give off a bit of a fancy vibe to any restaurant, in my opinion. It wasn't very crowded, the staff is SO friendly, and it's all you can eat. The buffet is frequently refilled, so you are always getting warm, fresh food. Here's the thing though...the food!! It's SO delicious. If you need a, "home-cooked on a Sunday" type dinner...go here. If you are in Louisiana for that southern kitchen vibe....go here. If you miss your grandmother, because she made the best brisket, and you can't be with her right now....go here. This place honestly makes you feel like your at home, and mom said, "Okay everyone!
