Skinzone Laser & Cosmetic Surgery: Dr. Hannah Vu, MD — Attraction in Alhambra

Purchased Groupon for 20 units of Botox for roughly $150. All I needed was 20 units as I only have two creases in my forehead. Once I met with Dr. Vu, she attempted to upsell 20 additional units on top of the Groupon - stating a forehead is 40 units (I don't require this much as I've had 20 units in the past from other practices and it looked fine).

I politely declined the additional 20 units botox, stating I was fine with the 20 units I had already purchased via Groupon, that I didn't need so much Botox in my forehead.

I underwent the injections, thinking I received 20 units. As I was leaving the practice, I was then informed that I received 40 units total and that I owed an ADDITIONAL $160 dollars. I never consented to 20 additional units. I filed a claim with my bank for both the Groupon for 20 units I initially purchased and the 20 additional units I never consented to.

This could have been very dangerous. This physician is a crook and is out for money. ...

I had an amazing experience here. I bought the Botox on Groupon at an amazing price. Being from Arkansas, I completely mistimed the drive from Los Angeles, hence being over an hour late for my appointment. When I called to let them know I was late...extremely late...they were gracious and assured they’d take care of me when I got there. Sure enough, they fit me in almost as soon as I got there. Everyone was super nice even though I was very tardy! The Dr was very gentle and quick. I couldn’t have been there more than 30 minutes from start to finish.
