I'll start off by saying we've been going to Ashley roughly over 15 years and have had good experiences and why we return, This time around we met and were helped by the lovely and helpful Karen, my wife and I felt as if we knew her for years. As an owner of a business customer service is always paramount, but more importantly genuine and trustworthy customer service. If that's what you want from someone who feels that is the core and backbone from a salesperson and Karen is that! We went in to upgrade our living room, and to say she found the groove of what my wife and I were looking for is an understatement, What was great is she LISTENS to what your saying and she makes it a reality, our vision and her know how and back ground in design is a key factor and has such and eye and passion for what she does, Which makes it such a great perspective and tool to have as you speak to someone seeing what you want. I'm adding just 1 photo and if I can I'll come back for more in the future, we have our furniture a bit covered because we are getting the puppies and kitties used to not jumping up and so far so good. We purchased a table/2 chairs and 2 stools for a table in our nook, We purchased a sectional with count it 4 recliners and corner seat, as well as a single recliner, as well as a table behind the couch with 3 stools (has electricity for powering up phones, laptops etc.) and an end table as well as for me the fireplace is what I felt was the missing piece and you can see here the look. We still intend on adding indoor plants as a suggestion from Karen and you can see it's missing something and we hope to fill that soon. Before writing this I wanted to give it a good title and I like "The Reverse Karen" which is everything positive from knowledgeable, Attentive, Caring and most of all GENUINE!! Thank you so much Karen for all your time and help!! 1st Photo is pre-fireplace 2nd is a view of the living room. Will try to add the nook table.

I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. The customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. I received a piece of furniture that came damaged. Customer service refused to send me a replacement piece until a technician came out 2 weeks later. I sent photos of the damage, and although reluctant, they finally decided to send me the replacement piece. The piece arrived a week later and it was a completely wrong piece. Now I have two massive boxes in my home. After speaking with customer service, they refused to send the correct piece and I had to wait another week for a technician to come. He took photos (exactly what I already did) and decided that I should get a replacement. Something that could have easily been handled over the phone. They set up a date for delivery and when I called to confirm, I found out that Ashley Furniture pushed the date out a week later and never communicated this with me. I called customer service again and he gave me a new delivery date. They never showed up on the day that was scheduled, so I went to this location and spoke with the operations manger. She said there was nothing she could do to help me. I find it unlikely that a manager has no authority to help a struggling customer. If this is true, corporate leadership really needs to review their policies. After all of these inconveniences, I asked for some form of reasonable compensation. They told me someone would contact me. I never received a call. After calling again, I finally received a call from Damien saying my request was denied because of the even exchange. He then said, “that will be it from me.” We have spent thousands of dollars at Ashley Furniture over the past decade and this experience has left us extremely disappointed. I hope this review prevents others from experiencing a similar situation. I also hope Ashley Furniture reviews their customer service policies.

Update: As requested, I contacted the provided customer service email to discuss a “better solution.” Predictably, I received no response. Terrible, terrible experience with Ashley Furniture. First, I was misled by the sales rep and signed up for the financing with the assurance I wasn’t going to get a credit card in the mail and it would only require a soft check to my credit. 1 week later I get a credit card in the mail, and my credit score gets dinged by 20 points right as we’re trying to buy a house. Second, the delivery date was delayed several times due to back order. 2 months after ordering, I’m moving into the new home and have to change the delivery address. I’m told I have to come in to the store to change it. I do. I speak with Nas, a manager there. She changes the address but can’t schedule for me because …. It’s still on back order …. She promises to look into it and get back to me within a few days. I never hear from her. I call the store but can’t reach her. I email her but she doesn’t respond. I call again and am told that I have to come back into the store to show my ID to confirm the address change….. again? I go in. Nas is there, but this time they take me to the manager Abby who profusely apologizes and promises we’ll get it straightened out. She tells me the soonest they can deliver it is 21/2 weeks out. I tell her I have family coming to visit and need it sooner. She promises she’ll look into getting a sooner delivery date and will call me by end of day either way to give me an update. Do I hear from her again? Of course not. I think at this point I’ll be canceling the order and getting furniture somewhere else - anywhere else - for my visiting family to sit on

My boyfriend and I just bought our first place and we been searching for the perfect dream sofa and we stopped into Ashley and immediately Karen C greeted and we connected on where we were originally from. She said if we needed anything or any questions to let her know. After we went around the store, I fell inlove with one sofa but my thought was to go searching somewhere else.Karen said please give me some ideas and I'll see what we could work with. She listened to what my thoughts were on finding our dream sofa.Karen took us around to sofas what I had in mind and found our dream sofa we fell inlove. Without Karen C help we wouldn't be so excited and happy for our purchase. She also showed us some new bed ideas for our upcoming purchases in the future we might be interesting. Thank you for being a wondering person Karen C and guiding us and not giving up on our dream sofa. When stopping in don't forget to see Karen C.
