VN Nails — Local services in Altamonte Springs

I have been going to VN NAILS for quite a while. It’s always a welcoming, clean atmosphere. The staff is always pleasant and the service is great. I’ve had a few nail techs there And they were good, but we just didn’t click. There was no connection. That's important to me. So I bounced while for a while but about 6 months ago I decided to give the VN NAILS another try. They sent me to Mimi's station and let me tell you something.... I'm so glad they did!! I absolutely love her! She is always so sweet and wants to make sure that I am pleased with my service. When she first began to do my nails I asked her if she could change a particular way that she was doing and she did so immediately and has been doing it the way I’ve asked her to since. I also love that she strikes up a conversation with every visit but also gives me my time quiet time. She has such a sweet spirit and always does a wonderful job. Today I decided to get a pedicure and I usually don’t like when they scrub my feet because they either do it too hard or when they get to the top of my foot it tickles. 🤦🏾‍♀️ But Mimi did such an excellent job, especially with massaging my legs, it felt so good. She's also attentive and accommodating. She saw what I didn’t like and quickly changed what she was doing to make sure that I enjoyed the service. She really is amazing at what she does. I have been looking for a nail tech that I really love for a long time. I'm so glad I found Mimi. I don’t have to say a word she knows exactly what I want and she does it with excellence. I have been to this location with my mom who had a stroke walks with a walker and is not steady on her feet what so ever. I have always sat in the next pedicure station next to her to keep her company and if she has a seizure I can grab her before she may slid down the chair. Never have they EVER told me it would cost me $10.00 to sit next to her. They weren't busy and there were at least 5 other chairs available for other patrons to sit on if they wanted pedicures. NASTY ASS ATTITUDES and I am half Vietnamese and my mom is full Vietnamese and you would think these people would have sympathy.....NOPE...none what so ever.....anyone that has a loved one with a disability look out because they may want a day to be pampered and DON'T GO HERE.....WENT OFF LIKE A ROCKET I DID....you don't tell me I can't be near my mom to make sure she is safe....because if she did have a seizure and you didn't catch her that would be a lawsuit....but it may be anyway because I plan on talking to a few lawyers myself.....you messed with the wrong...

My daughter went here to get her nails and toes done for homecoming. While the nail tech was doing her nails my daughter spoke up and told her she was not doing them correctly. The nail tech disregarded her and continued. When she was done my daughter spoke up and told her they weren't what she asked for. The tech got and attitude and told her it would be and additional $20 to correct them. It being homecoming my daughter said ok. The tech proceeded to ruin her French manicure by filing them thin as originally requested and then applying a plain white paint job a 5 yr old could have done. After spending $150 for a manicure and pedicure my daughter called me to let me know. I was working as most parents have to do and it broke my heart I couldn't be there to handle the situation myself. I sent my daughter to VIP nail in Apopka who couldn't believe the manicure she had received but gladly fixed it for her homecoming. VN nails completely took advantage of my daughter and basically robbed her!! I would NOT recommend them to my...
