Beware of Acceptance Now. We purchased one of the Cindy Crawford bedroom sets. As always, the Quality of the wood and workmanship at Rooms to go is exceptional. However, I will advise against using Acceptance Now. It's an option for people that don't want to use credit and want to pay off the loan in 3 months. This system felt like a scam. A lot of fees. We ended up paying about $500 more for using that option due to the 10% charge, the requirement to have $200 insurance on furniture, as well as an additional hidden tax. Lastly, the contract has a clause that if you don't pay it off in 90 days, the account goes back to the original amount. Meaning, my loan was for 2000, if in 90 days I pay half of the loan, it goes back to 2000!! Please try not to use that payment system. I highly recommend their furniture. Customer service was great as well. We plan on purchasing a dining set in a few months. I give them 5 stars because not everyone will use that payment system. I don't think it's even part of Rooms to go.
