Midwest Mattress — Attraction in Altoona

This was our first time shopping at Midwest Mattress. We had been buyers at a previous chain store for 20+ years but stopped at Midwest on a whim.

Really glad we decided to visit. There are several reasons we chose to buy from here

Great experience with the everyone at the Ames location, from the sales woman to the delivery drivers! I’ve had a King Templeton Restonic mattress since 2011 that I purchased at that same location and it was time to downsize ( this would be the Scott today) Decided to shop around and I should have just went to Midwest first!! Ended up purchasing 2 very nice and comfortable lower price point discounted Restonic Davenport mattresses with an additional 18% sale it was less than $900 w/ free delivery and hauling away of that monster king bed! Delivery was also amazing; I had a small schedule conflict with my availability to be home at the exact time of delivery so they accommodated me by delivering to another stop and swinging back by which is awesome customer support and service! So yeah, definitely a very happy return...

The delivery process could not have been better!! Kolby and Levi arrived early,and were done with the setup before the actual delivery time! They cleaned up any trash that was created, and could not have been more polite. The entire process from the sale on down to the delivery was as easy as it gets! No high pressure sales pitch was used! Tey just listened to what we wanted in a mattress, and showed us the ones that best fit our needs. They went out of their way to confirm the delivery the night before through phone call,text,and email.
