Battery Joe (S. Georgia) — Attraction in Amarillo

Very disappointed with the customer service here. I took my phone for a few repairs including a new screen and a new charge port. When I got my phone back they told me they just cleaned out the port and didn’t change it. I told them thats not what I wanted but I went ahead and took my phone back. The next day my phone screen started acting up. The charging port was also still having the same problem for which I wanted it repaired. I took my phone back today and told the person about the screen problems. I also told him I wanted the charging port replaced and that I asked for that last time and they didnt do it. When I picked up my phone again today I asked if they replaced my charge port and they said no. They blamed my cable as the problem but that isnt the case. I told him I have asked for that repair twice and they ignored my request twice. I thought the customer was always right? Guess not here. On a side note, these people don’t call you to let you know your phone is ready, eventhough they specifically told me they would both times. Who owns this place? These people just seem to do whatever...

I just want to give a shout out to the Guys at Battery Joes on Georgia. These people have gone above and beyond the call of duty for our family ! My car remote wasn’t working and they replaced the battery… it still wasn’t working so they opened it up and it had the tiniest wire that needed a tiniest weld . He did it and bam ! Working remote … at no charge !! They’re patient and kind every time I go in as well . They’ve clean my phone port several times , trouble shot my black screen 😂 and changed my I phone batteries and screens too ! They do many little tweaks for me at no charge ( because I’m NOT tech savvy ) This is what real customer service and customer appreciation is . Have been coming here for over 2 years. I brought my phone to get the screened fixed, payed over $400. When changed they put a completely different color. Phone was white, screen was navy. They forgot to take off the front camera film, within the first 2 weeks phone read temperature was low. They told me to come in to fix it, removed the camera film and fixed the temperature issue. However within 2 weeks same thing happened. Brought it back, they kept my phone for weeks , was told i would be contacted Thursday and nothing, came in The following week just so they can tell me nothing could be done.
