Ordered hamburger and fries to go on 12-10-20, receipt 90, which was typed correctly by the male attendant dressed in black. When arrived at home I had a cheese burger which required a return trip to F. G. The female attendant dressed in black (?manger) after seeing my receipt and after I told her that I was given the wrong order asked me what did I want instead of â I am sorry sir for the mistake and we will have that right out for youââ or some type of apology. After stating that I would like the hamburger and fries, I ask Ed if she could throw away the returned cheeseburger and fries she said no and started pointing out trash cans in the lobby. I asked for the district managers name and number and she said that she would give it to me when she finished completing my order, but since she was not customer friendly I asked for my money back which she did return then I ask for the name again and she went to the back to get it but never returned. My wife called twice later and the female attendant took the phone from the other male attendant who was in the process of giving my wife the information and the female attendant said that they do not have a district...
Read moreThe food is always consistent at Five Guys however, not at this location. The staff seems to be trained incorrectly on the large fry for $4.99. A large fry in all other Five Guys locations typically means almost a half of a bag of fries. I have never had this issue before. Had to walk back in and ask if the standards have changed.
Suggestions and Improvements:
Note to management:
Too many employees causes inefficiencies. This is apparent through the cleanness of your restaurant. A lot of standing grease on tables, crumbs and paper on the dinning area floor.
Fries:
When charging a high price for fresh cut fries please don't give the customer the hour old fries in the heat basket. Customers will wait for a fresh batch..... It is similar to cooking too many hamburgers placing the hamburgers in the refrigerator and microwaving them when a new customer comes in giving them the...
Read moreVastly different experience than other reviewers and other locations. I love this chain, but this location is the worst I've visited.
Maybe on off day(?), but two of our burgers had a total of 3 bone chunks and 4 gristle chunks that couldn't even be chewed enough to swallow. The meat was also flavorless.
We frequently eat at Five Guys, and this was so far off of what we are used to that we didn't even finish our meals.
I do want to say that the folks working were very nice and service was good, but we were served the worst burger patties I've ever had.
Hopefully, this was just a fluke in their supply. You can see in my other reviews that the Santa Fe location I ate at almost one year ago exactly was the best burger I've ever had, so this was super disappointing. Will still eat at FGs,...
