Ye Olde Pancake Station is your local old time Cafe. They have a lot of breakfast offerings. I was passing through and wanted to try their version of "Bennys" . My review is only of the Benedicts, nothing else. The staff was polite and helpful. Terri was my waitress, took good care of me and was a delight. With that in mind, I will let you know that have a "top ten" list for Eggs Benedicts. After my visit I rated these "Bennys" as #9 out of 10. #1 being the best and #10 not as good. My rating is based on 3 weights : 70% = taste 20% = presentation 10% = price
#1 - taste: they use an English muffin that is toasted and Canadian bacon. The eggs were poached perfect easy . I couldn't find out about the Hollandaise sauce but it was tasty . It comes with hash browns. All of this made the review to 5 stars. #2 -presentation : It looked appetizing. #3-price: $9.35 is a good price for Eggs Benedict. Coffee $2.25 a cup. Now with all that said, it is hard to place Ye Olde Pancake Station in my top 10 because of how little a difference there is between all of them. I squeezed them into the #9 spot. When in Amarillo do a breakfast here. No matter what you eat it should be good.

Things have changed. Some some good and some not so good. They have done some remodeling, the staff is just as friendly and the coffee refills keep coming. The coffee cups now match and have their logo imprinted on it. The prices have went up but not very much.
#1 - taste: they use an English muffin that is toasted and a very thick ham not Canadian bacon. The eggs were poached soft . The Hollandaise sauce was glistening like it wasn't completed correctly. It comes with hash browns but were disheveled (see photo below) . All of this made the review of the food 3 stars. The rest received 5 stars. #2 -presentation : It looked disappointing . #3-price: $10.25 is a good price for Eggs Benedict. Coffee $2.50 a cup.
I can't attest to the rest of the taste of the breakfast meals but I do know the sausage gravy is very very peppery. There are a lot of breakfast eating places...

Visiting from out of town and decided to eat here. Food was great, and price was very reasonable for how much we got! Waffles and pancakes were super soft and so delicious; could eat them even without anything on them! Wait staff was friendly, and even on a Saturday when it was pretty packed with the entire waiting area completely full, we only waited about 15 min! Then our experience became even greater when at the end of our meal our waitress informed us an anonymous angel had paid for our meal! We had been traveling with 2 toddlers and running on almost no sleep, so when this happened it truly made our day, and our experience that much greater 🥹❤️ So if that anonymous Angel sees this please know your actions were a true blessing, and know that we paid it forward to our wonderful waitress and left a generous tip for her ❤️ If we ever visit Amarillo in the future we'll definitely be back here!
One thing to know is that if you have babies or toddlers that require a changing station, unfortunately they don't have one, but the restrooms are very clean. So that's the only downside, but not an issue if you can change your baby/toddler in...
