Although the one who administered my botox was kind and knew quite a bit, he failed to correct me when I said "well, since there's the discount on units, I think I will do a little extra and try what you recommend". When I initially called about the Groupon, I was told when I asked if the extra units would be discounted after the Groupon price, the front desk said "yes we will honor the Groupon price" (i record all of my phone convos and went back and checked she did in fact say that) and so I said how great that was because I wanted to try dysport but couldn't afford the higher price. I showed up 15 minutes early and wasn't told there was a wait. Then after waiting for 15 minutes, I took a quick phone call to pass the time and then waited another 30 minutes. I went up and asked how long it would be and she didn't know. She said she would check and said "there's one patient ahead of you" which didn't give me any real time frame. I finally was called back after almost an hour of waiting (which I get, but the least she could have done is let me know when I was checking in that they were behind significantly), I mentioned it to the doc. When I got to the front she said "I only didn't tell you because you were on the phone"...to which I told her I was only on the phone for a short time and she could have let me know any other time during the wait. She then told me it would be 3x's the cost and I asked why and she said "the Groupon only applies to that amount of units" and I confronted her about what she said on the phone and she just insisted she never said that. I was visibly upset and crying and she didn't seem to even be phased by it. All in all I would never go back. I know I might be one bad experience, but I want others to know, especially with the Groupon rate not being honored after the amount of units listed. It’s been only 2 weeks since my Viveve appointment with Rachel and Allison. Ladies, my husband is already complimenting me and loving his experience even more! 😂 Never even thought that was possible 😅 Anyway, I wanted to share my experience here to show my fellow ladies that it does IN FACT work! This was my first time getting anything done from anywhere. I am 53 and noticed a lot of wrinkling around my eyes and my eyebrow on the right side drooping. Also, my mouth (which I have always loved) was starting to thin out on top and become asymetical.
