Sun Moon Tea & Botanicals — Restaurant in Pleasant Grove

This is the most peaceful and cutest little tea shop in Utah Valley! It's inside of Utah Valley Acupuncture. The vibes are immaculate and the tea is spectacular. Unlike any tea shop around, they use the highest quality teas that you can't find anywhere else. From the way the tea is served, the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and of course the teas themselves, they really have it figured out.

I got the newest tea on their menu, The Depths and it was a grounding and heart opening experience. Bonus is that I got way more than just one cup because of how high grade the blends are.

They also have foot soaks, hand made and organic oils, lotions and tonics for overall health and wellbeing. I definitely recommend their Holy Water spray!

I will definitely be attending their next...

I really enjoyed my experience here. The lobby is a cute, clean, and calm environment (it's housed inside Utah Valley Acupuncture if you're unsure!) I had an herbal tea blend that they created themselves. They offered to serve it to me as well - they have little tea tables, kettles and cups - but I just took a to-go cup. They let me know that I could reuse the mixture multiple times though! Just add more hot water. I had the Rooted Heart mix. It's so calming, but invigorating at the same time. I love the earthy taste....

Sun Moon Tea & Botanicals is fantastic. The quality of the tea and herbs are unmatched with anything I’ve had in the states. I get multiple doses out of a single serving because they are so high quality!

Seth’s tea Ceremonies are also magical. The tea is grounding and promotes a beautiful introspective peace with this medicine. Seth is very knowledgeable about the life of tea and uses LIVING TEA.

The green tea is my favorite casual drink and the dark earthy shou pu’ers are my favorite for going deeper....
