The guy who actually helped me out last Wednesday morning was super nice and helpful, but who is the dirty blonde haired lady who works/opens on Wednesday mornings as well? This review is for her.
As everyone already knows, this location is exceptionally difficult to find, since it's behind a car wash that behind a gas station. Not knowing the area AT ALL, I wanted a little clarification on where exactly I needed to drop the car off, and I noticed there was a professionally dressed woman smoking a cigarette out in front of what I thought was the enterprise location. I rolled down my window, and simply asked, "Hey, is this the Enterprise drop-off location?" The woman stared at me with the most apprehensive face, and replied, "Well, it says Enterprise right there, doesn't it? So..." I was obviously surprised and put-off by how rude her response was, but I still followed up with, "Do you think it'd be ok if I just parked the car here?" For whatever reason she seemed totally fed up with me at this point, and with the coldest of shoulders, she responded by saying, "Yeah, sure, whatever..."
Look, we're all human, and I get everyone has bad mornings, but that doesn't mean you get to take your issues out on loyal customers who are just trying to return their vehicles. I know it doesn't seem like the biggest deal, and you'd be right, because it's not, but it doesn't change the fact that she made me feel like more of an outsider than I already was showing up at that random Enterprise location in a city I didn't know anything about. You know that feeling you get when someone approaches you in a dark alleyway or street in a shady part of town? She made me feel like that guy, and for that, I will NEVER bring that location my business ever again.
I'm not sure what her reservation with me was (no pun intended), but whatever it was, you keep that to yourself in a professional environment, and you should show ALL of your customers, especially the ones like myself who are only trying to make your jobs easier, a little respect and integrity, so they don't leave your location with a bad taste in their...

We were to pickup our vehicle at 5 pm, Kayle had 4 customers plus us and she was the only employee at the location she made every single customers feel like they were the only one she was helping, she was kind, very pleasant and and through with each customer and letting everyone there she would be right with them. Read moreManager Annette has been wonderful setting me up with rental vehicles since my own car broke down and while I've been shopping for a new car. Several times she has gone out of her way to provide me with outstanding service. When I mentioned I might be interested in purchasing a specific make/model (new), she made the effort to seek out those cars for me to "test drive" as rentals, which has been very helpful to me. She also kept the office open twenty minutes past closing when I called saying I was stuck in traffic, and has taken ample time to show me how some of the features work in a few of the cars.
