I prefer good, old fashioned, courteous service. At this location there is none. For starters, the only employee that greeted us when we came in was a person cleaning the tables. We waited at the register to place our order and nobody ever came or acknowledged that we were there. A customer was using the only order kiosk when we arrived. Since we were being completely ignored, when she was done we moved over to place our order from it, which I find highly inconvenient and impersonal and takes twice as long as it should. Second, although our order was timely and at proper temperature it was incomplete. A beverage was ordered but a cup was not included. I approached the counter and tried to get somebody's, anybody's, attention several times as I stood there until I was finally acknowledged. Third, There are no napkins, straws, sauce, cups or lids out for access by customers. Fourth, paper receipts are not offered. The only way to see it is to give your email address or phone number. I'm glad I decided to Include my phone number or I would not have been able to check if I actually ordered a drink. And what about the people that don't have a phone with them? Read moreI understand everyone is struggling right now but what has happened to this place?! It's filthy inside, zero customer service or accountability for things. Ownership needs to step up and do something. The workers, although young, need to understand they are a representation of not only this brand BUT also themselves. When I asked questions of getting napkins, the gal standing there couldn't understand anything I said. I have nothing against people wanting to work but PLEASE have basic communication skills if you're going to be at the front. And PLEASE ensure your staff have basic general hygiene. It's not good to order food and then see people who obviously aren't taking care of themselves making it then proceed to tell me, napkins can't be left out for me to get on my own, I have to let the unhygienic staff hand to me! IF you really were just robbed and don't have tills. How could you take the order of the people directly after me, but tell myself and my husband we have to use a kiosk to order?? Then when I ask the staff about that, they tell the next people to use the kiosk again. What's really going on there?? It used to be so well maintained and the staff was so wonderful... Read moreI came here this Friday and will never return. This is the worst place I have ever been to. After I placed 3 items inside, I noticed the kitchen workers- 2 guys messing around the entire time. They kept looking at me, didn’t ask me what I was waiting for after 10 mins. They served 2-3 cars in drive thru, then the guys that came 15 mins. after me. The place wasn’t busy. I waited almost 20 mins. I thought they were just short in people at first. The cashier who took my order noticed they were messing around. I then asked for my order, the guy didn’t know I was still waiting. He said my order wasn’t on their screen. So the stupid guys must’ve deleted it thinking it was done! So I gave my receipt and the kitchen guys just looked at me, didn’t apologize. He handed the food 5 mins later. I asked what took so long?
