Fashion Q — Attraction in Anaheim

I went on a Thursday evening and they were extremely vacant. I went in looking for a swimsuit and found them after having to wander an unorganized mess of clothes that had but inches between one rack and the next. When I found a swimsuit I somewhat liked I headed back to the fitting rooms only to discover that it was attached together by security tags so I couldn't even try it on. I decided to pray for the best and hope it fits and made my way towards the cashier. No one was standing up there, so I waited and waited for about ten minutes and just when I was about to say screw it and leave, a girl says that she can help me. So I hand her my stuff only for her to tell me that she was already helping another customer. I work in retail and I can say that that is not what you do, you help the customer that's been standing in line not the one whose been around the store still looking, it's called prioritization. Maybe they need more staff if their going to be out on the floor, which there was maybe 3. This is no way to treat your clients and I will NOT...

It was in ok experience. Could have been better.

Staff was not very friendly, they just walked right pass you without looking at you or maybe a “Hello, welcome to Fashion Q” or “Can I help you with anything?”

My wife says that it has always been like that. She used to come shop here years ago when she lived closer to the plaza.

The place is clean and organized, they do have lots of clothes, shoes, and some accessories. Also, they do have fitting rooms. Prices are ok.

The staff is actually constantly cleaning and spraying and disinfecting everything, as I was waiting for my wife and daughter sitting by the fitting room, one of the staff just shower the shoe stand in front of me with a lot of disinfectant, she did that about three times in 10 minutes. I started to get a huge headache so I had to step out and get some fresh air.

They have the best selection of nice youth affordable fashion clothes! There's always something there for me! A little too small for so many clothes and you can barely walk through so many racks bur they do have really plenty of nice choices! The only down thing about this place is the staff, the only nice person attending there is an Asian elegant lady, I guess that's because she's the owner. Other than that, the girl behind the counter is not nice at all, if anything she can be really unfriendly; that's the reason why I didn't give them 5⭐, if she would have been friendly and answer my questions in nicer approachable way the last time I went this would've been a different review. But other than that, I definitely recommend this place if you're in to ca m fashion affordable...
