Park near the Home Depot around the block. Then call to check in. You'll get a dock right away, and if you don't, they will call you back in as little 5 minutes or sometimes up to 1-2 hours.

Please don't enter the facility and then park in front of the docks. This happens enough that I am writing this.

Most of the time, you will be in and out in 1 or 2 hours, sometimes as long as 3-4 hours. I've had just a couple of bad experiences but many, many more positive ones than negative. 95% awesome

P.s. I know you see me struggle to back sometimes. The wheelbase on my peterbilt, plus my turn radius, is wider than other tractors. Not to mention my deer guard. I'm working with 2-3 fewer feet than other tractor-trailers. Doors 8 and 14 are a no-go for me because of the yellow poles adjacent to those docks. Thank you for your help...

This morning I was calling their office multiple times due to having a missing bill and when they answered I had gotten a very rude response when asking for help. I was constantly being told i was going to be transferred but when they “transferred” me all they did was hang up. Not only is that incredibly rude but it was extremely unprofessional. It wasnt until i had called one more time and a very nice woman had answered and actually gave me information on how to solve my issue. When she was telling me that she was getting transferred I had lost all hope, due to all the other rude employees that just ended the calls, but to my surprise she actually transferred me to someone who answered. I am extremely grateful to those two employees that helped me today for their kindness and cooperation but i am greatly disappointed with this...

Avoid Legacy Farms, Cal Fresco, and Frieda’s. I arrived on time, checked in, and was told to wait for a call. Within 10 minutes. I got a $79 parking ticket even though there was no red line or sign. You’re not allowed to park on the street at all. The officer even told me it’s “worth it” compared to parking prices in Orange County and said there’s already a court case filed against Legacy Farms, Cal Fresco, and Frieda’s for similar issues. Either park inside their facility or find parking somewhere else...
