When I was searching for a place to upgrade my car sound system. I searched cautiously because I knew what I wanted & did not want to hear someone trying to upsell me. So I YELP and found this place. My plan was to stop by and get a quote but after meeting Jay who instead of trying to upsell me told me "look you don't need much for what you want to achieve". He presented me with a great option at a very reasonable price. I ended up upgrading my sound system and had my vehicle tinted. Jay even called me back a week later asking that I bring my vehicle back so he could adjust my sound because he thought it could sound better & I did take it back a couple of weeks later he adjusted my epicenter & upgraded my 10" to a 12" when I asked him how much I owed him he said nothing I just want to make sure your car sounds good. I'm going to be honest with you this play sucks. This guy Jay there was extremely rude to me. I explained bringing my car over because I was in the process of selling, had some issues, and needed to switch systems to a Range Rover. This a hole got annoyed that I somehow did not bring the other car as only one person and that he was busy. He also acted like it was rocket science based on pricing given. I believe he was actually frustrated with the language barrier and his poor English. Assimilate. Yeah we all get busy sometimes sorry. Also explained to me to uninstall myself and that he would charge $100. Greedy cough cough. My car died in front and they rolled me to a random neighborhood where I roasted in the sun for 3 hours with AAA. Top notch customer service and care. They helped me get out but it felt like an inconvenience to them and not like they wanted my business. F this place don't let the ratings fool you. I’m very excited to go...

I initially went to another shop, but after waiting for nearly 10 minutes of being ignored by every employee and the guy behind the counter while he talked on the phone I Googled another shop and ended up here. The customer service was amazing here. Every one was greeted and let known that they'd be helped in a moment. When I told him what I was looking to do he said he could definitely do it, and gave me an alternative I could do as well which was actually WAY more effective. The shop installed everything in a couple hours and it works PERFECTLY. I couldn't be happier and have a lot more peace of mind now with my vehicle.

Update: The alarm system still works flawlessly. Super loud and scares...
