Bloom City Club Ann Arbor Dispensary — Attraction in Ann Arbor

The staff here was very professional, very friendly, and super informative about their product! I have been here twice now and both times I left very satisfied. Great quality, great deals, and great customer service. My bud-tender this time was Haley! I told her what I was there for and she began listing my options and telling me about all of the deals going on. There was a small issue with not having enough of one kind for what I wanted or something minor like that, which caused it to take a few minutes longer than usual. This was literally zero inconvenience to me, but while I waited Haley kindly answered all my questions and had a good conversation with me while showing me all the different selections. After a few short moments I was cashing out and about to be on my way but because it took a few minutes longer than usual the boss came out and apologized and said she would compensate me for the wait and any “inconveniences” (which there was none!) and generously gave me a t shirt with the store logo! Even though they didn’t have to they went above and beyond to ensure I left there a happy customer and I most certainly did. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area. This place is very expensive, but they sell quality products. I don’t have a whole lot of experience with dispensaries. I really enjoyed Blooms selection and the variety of products. The weed connoisseurs were very pleasurable to converse with. I will definitely recommend this dispensary to my fellow travelers! The only down side was that the prices were a little steep, but that didn’t stop me from dropping $400. 😅 The caramels didn’t have much of a noticeable affect. The dark chocolate mint cookies were amazing. The cartridges have a very powerful and smooth taste, doesn’t appear to be overly sticky and isn’t clogging up. I went ahead and picked up some shatter as well since I was so pleased with the first products I tried. I’m sure it’ll be just as good as the other wonderful items I sampled earlier. Edit: During Cororna they do online ordering and pickup (you can go up to a window, or stay in your car and call to let them know you're there). From the beginning they have made this process SUPER easy and convenient. Anastasia helped me yesterday, and she is always such a sweetheart. Julia is also a wonderful budtender. (If I knew all of the budtenders by name I would mention them all, because they are all amazing. 💜)

It's always a great experience at Bloom. On Sunday Johnathon was amazing (I forgot to leave a review for him then), he made sure every customer knew they weren't forgotten and they would be helped soon. They were so busy and he handled it so well. I went in today and he was at the front desk again, as friendly as ever. Caleb helped me behind the wall and he was awesome as well.
