Arrived for dinner with family. We were not greeted upon arrival. We walked up to the cashier, 2 people standing there talking. neither stopped talking to eachother and continued to ignore us. I said, hi is the restaurant open are able to be served? The woman said oh I'm sorry, I didn't know you were here!". Seriously? She said seat yourself and get a menu! Lol wow! we sat down and waited another 15-20mins. She came and said you have to get up and order at the register SMH! I said you never told us anything on how things work here. This is ridiculous! We ordered. Food was edible for the most part. I don't know if we were not treated appropriately per the color of our skin or everyones treated this way entering this establishment. Eitherway, everyone should be greeted and addressed with respect especially as paying customers. I get theyre understaffed and the restaurant was not at all full, beautiful restaurant btw and clean but the treatment was horrible. People were inside complaining and talking about the woman working there. We ordered Arroz Chaufa de pollo, Arroz con pollo and maduros fritos- maduros were cut too thick and over cooked "burnt" and we are Hispanic so we know platanos, I wish we could of had a better experience here. The maracuya was honestly the only plus. The other location is Amazing! This one,...

I had a delightful exploration of Peruvian flavors in Culantro. From spicy appetizers to rich, comforting entrees and innovative vegan options, each dish was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to flavor and quality.
Appetizer Delight: -Patacones Picantes Starting off with Patacones Picantes, the crispy deep-fried banana plantains topped with spicy aji verde and pico de gallo were a vibrant introduction to the meal, offering a delightful mix of sour and spicy notes.

-Pan Con Pollo The marinated and roasted chicken sandwich, enhanced with salsa criolla and served with fries, was a comforting blend of flavors, demonstrating the magic of simple, well-executed dishes.
-Carne a La Plancha This dish featured a well-done steak topped with an egg and served with an array of sides, including the standout chimichurri sauce that added a fresh, herby dimension to the meal.
-Tallarin Verde Vegan A testament to the restaurant's versatility, this vegan spaghetti tossed in a rich, flavorful sauce with sautéed veggies and portobello mushrooms proved that plant-based dishes could dazzle the palate just as much as...
Read moreWhen ordering at the register, the cashier (tall white male, with curly hair and tattoos) was very rude. I ordered my food and he stated to grab a number to place on our table and said something else that I couldn’t understand because I was having trouble hearing him and I could not decipher the rest of what he stated at first. I asked very politely if he could restate what he said. He started talking to me as if he thought I was st*pid (like taking extremely long pauses between each word and rolling his eyes at us??) I said , sorry I just couldn’t hear you and he looked exasperated. We didn’t say anything else and sat down at a table. When he brought our food to our table, he abruptly said “sorry for being so blunt earlier” turned around and left. I don’t know if this guy was having a bad day, maybe he was prejudiced because I’m a POC, maybe he’s just rude idk. I hope the owner takes this review to heart. If you’re someone who may be hard of hearing(or just don’t like being belittled), I wouldn’t suggest ordering from here (or at least avoiding that cashier- seriously he was a nightmare)We visited many restaurants during our AA trip, and this was the ONLY one with bad...
