Read moreThe renovations did not make any improvement. There is no area to just be doing your own exercises. All the downstairs space is only for weights and upstairs is for cardio. There are 2 hallways where people try to use matts and do their exercises buy its annoying because you are always in the middle. there is only one nice room that looks like a multipurpose area, but IT IS ONLY FOR CLASSES!!!! and it is so small that they only allow 10 people, which means if you are not there 10 minutes early you won’t be able to join the class that you are paying for! the year and a half it was closed was definitely...
Read moreIf you're someone heavily interested in boxing or other similar sports, you'll be heavily disappointed with the NCRB. There's only one heavy bag (the bag itself is fine) and one speed bag. Not a single reflex bag in sight. The speed bag is almost always out of order, and it usually takes many weeks before it's fixed. I assume it gets broken due to uninformed users trying to adjust the bag height- something easily fixed with a simple infographic (since some staff apparently don't know how to adjust it either).
