Playa Anna Maria Florida — Attraction in Anna Maria island

Went for a ride away from our busy Orlando lives toward Anna Maria Beach, but to our surprise, it was very overcrowded with lots of tourists and locals. Finding a parking spot was very difficult. However, fortunately for us, we were cruising through the neighborhood and found a town park that had open access to the beach. We went for it and had the best hours at this beautiful beach. Highly recommend! ✨️ P.S. Sorry we don't remember the name of the park, but we will provide it on our next trip....

A charming and beautiful little park along the bay facing the Skyway Bridge in the distance. As I sit here under the shade of an old pine tree, this beach park is practically empty; only a couple of sunbathing girls also enjoying the partial shade of this old pine I now relax under. I feel as I have discovered a secret place here on Anna Maria Island! I’ll pretend that this is my secret spot that no one else...

A Family Favorite: Anna Maria Beach Whenever we get the chance, we visit Anna Maria Beach — it’s become my daughter’s favorite beach, and honestly, I can see why. The crystal-clear water, soft sand, and peaceful atmosphere make every visit feel special. It’s perfect for swimming, playing along the shore, or just relaxing while watching the sunset. The area has everything you need: nearby restaurants, easy parking, and that true Florida vibe. Without a doubt, this is one of those places we love coming back to as a family
