If I could give her 0 stars I would! This woman is so unprofessional! I went in with my 10 year old and 5year old to have my 10 year olds pants hemmed. We were not greeted when we walked in and she sat on the phone talking and sewing for 5 minutes before she even looked up. Then she took a costumer that arrived after we did. After pinning my son's pants she wrote me a ticket for $38 to hem 3 pairs of pants. I don't do to many alterations so I told he let me check with my husband to see if the price was reasonable After all we paid about $30 for all 3 pairs. She then proceeded to tell me that once she writes a ticket that's it. I couldn't reach my husband so I told her that I would rather wait to talk to him. She then got an attitude and yelled that I was wasting her time all of this in front of my 10 year old child. Next she demanded a tip of at least $2 for me wasting 5 minutes of her time to pin one leg of my son's pants. I told her that I would never bring business or do business with her again and that she is very unprofessional. It took me an additional 5 minutes for her to hand me my pants back. And she kept yelling at me for a tip. This is the most trashy person that I have ever encountered and I don't recommend that anyone spend their money here. If I could give 0 stars I honestly would provide -0 stars. I have NEVER been disrespected by a business owner until I came to this place. I came in on a Tuesday or Wednesday with 3 items, I asked if she could have them altered by that Saturday because I was going out of town that next week she said she would try if not then by the next Tuesday. She held my clothes for 2 weeks and never called, texted, anything. I was finally able to go in today and get my clothes and she said that they were finished that same week on a Friday, her response to when I asked why she never called was "I don't have time to call all of my customers, I am very busy". That was very unprofessional of her to say and do. I am a business owner and I make time for all of my customers as you are supposed too. She was very rude and I am very disgusted by her behavior and her approach to me. And on top of that she tried to over charge me, she originally took $5 off when I first went in and tried to make me pay more the second time I went in. I asked to see the receipt and she literally did not want me to see it, and she literally was acting as if If I don't have my receipt that I can not pick up my items which again were with held. We just moved here and my wife was looking for a plan to get her faja alter. We found this place. We came in and spoke with the owner. We ask how much it would me to get each faja alter. She gave us a price for each one and let us know that if we pay cash it be one price and if we charge it, it be another. We were getting 2 faja and a waist gaurd alter. So my wife went into the dressing room to put the faja on so that she know how much is needed to be alter. Keep in mind, my wife had surgery and it was hard to remove the garment. The owner was getting annoy cause it was hard to measure since the faja needs to be tight fitted and the material is strechy. The owner was getting frustrated by the questions my wife asked. She never got the faja alter before so she was just making sure that it gets done like she wanted. Then after a few more question she basically ignore all the questions. So after the measurements we left. We needed one to be done ASAP so that my wife have a 2nd oufit to rotate into. They inform us it be done in 1 hr. I came back and pick it up and was charge a different price with cash purchased. So I decided not to get the rest done. Dont come here if you want to be treat by a rude owner and cheated...
