KFC — Restaurant in Apopka

Looked like they were very under staffed. Young man at the counter took my order . He had to walk back and forth from the front over to the drive thru to input our order. There were 6 of us so there is that. Then took forever to get our food. The manager was nice and apologetic about our wait. The young man however had my bank card far to long out of my eye sight which made me nervous. He finally brought my card back and my receipt . Later on I got to thinking about how lobg he had my card and decided to check my bank account . Well sure enough there was a second charge on my card to that store for 15 more bucks and change. I called the store. I'm not for sure if it was a manager that I talked to or not but the lady I had talked to said that I would need to have my bank account statement and the card in question and bring it back up to the store. I said to her up and show her where it was taken out today for her store she argued with me and said no it had to be the bank account statement not what my phone showed because it only shows pending but not the actual sale. I argued with her and told her know that it shows KFC and that it is a second charge to her store she still argued with me and told me that it had to be a bank statement that was corporate rules and that she would talk to the young man in question. And that she could not refund my money until I had my bank card and the bank statement in front of her. She did not seem very upset that her employee would do such a dishonest thing. This place is the WORST! I haven't been back inna year bc the food was always too greasy. Came here for lunch and got the 8pc nugget combo with fries and a drink. I was in line for 20min Get to the window and the lady ask if i got the 10pc with a large mash potato. No, I said. The 8 piece. They asked if i got the dr. Pepper. No diet pepsi. A guy comes to the window with nuggets and a large mash potato. Sorry this isn't what I ordered. The lady comes with a Pepsi and nuggets. I asked what about the fries. She says its in the box with the nuggets. I open and just nuggets and they look more like crumbs than nuggets. The manager comes to the window and ask what I ordered. Again the combo which says nuggets, fries, biscuit and a soda. Yall gave me nuggets, biscuit with cole slaw and no fries. You only get 1 side she says. Ok but i never said cole slaw i hate cole slow. She asked for the cole slaw back and finally gave me fries. OMG this is horrible service!!! I'll never go back...

Young kids playing, my food the biscuit also cookie had bites taken out them . I went through the drive-thru, made the discovery after I got home. I wrote a good review a couple of weeks ago The chicken oh my god I felt like I was back in 1960s and '70s The chicken was excellent. I returned this week the service was awful My order was wrong and the food do not taste the same as it did a couple of weeks ago. The chicken and fat taste like it was boiled and greasy and the chicken pot pie very disgusting White and doughy. I do not know what happened to the staff that was there I usually come between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. last week I would have rated them a five star. This week back...
