Read moreMy friends and I went to this taco bell a few hours ago, it was after 11pm and the lobby was closed so we had to go through the drive through. I had put in an online order for a taco and a mini quesadilla without chipotle sauce, the taco was a free T-Mobile Tuesdays redemption (see picture) Note: The order was ordered and paid for online. Upon arriving at the speaker we tried to explain that we needed to do 2 separate orders and would like to pick up my online order, however we were told only 2 orders aloud in drine through forcing us to then circle to the back of the line just to pick up my online order after getting the other 2 orders. Onced we finally made it back to the window, I was greeted by the manager who told me only a portion of my meal was paid for and I still owed $1.29 (the cost of the taco). I tried to explain it should have been discounted off, and that my recipe show paid in full, however she interrupted 3 times before i could actually make a full sentence. she just kept repeating "you only piad $1.15 you still owe $1.29." while pointing at the screen that was impossible for me to see. Even after I showed her 3 different receipts, (1 from the app and 1 that was sent as a text confirmation receipt), confirming the the order was paid in full, she refused to give me the taco. On top of all that, the mini quesadilla was made with chipotle sauce, making it inedible to me. When I brought that to the managers attention I was told: "you are holding up my line and need to leave." and was refused a refund.
Note: All online orders must be paid for in order...
Read moreAh, the Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell - a culinary masterpiece that never fails to amaze! And let me tell you, folks, I've had my fair share of Crunchwraps from various Taco Bell locations, but none compare to the one I received yesterday around 12pm from the incredible staff at this drive-thru.
As I pulled up to the window, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "how's your day going?" from the team member. I could tell they were genuinely interested in making my experience exceptional. And then, they handed me the most glorious Crunchwrap I've ever laid eyes on.
The tortilla was perfectly crisped, the beef was seasoned to perfection, and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and crunchy. But what really took it to the next level was the generous drizzle of that magical red sauce. Oh, the sauce! It tied everything together like a harmonious symphony of flavors.
I took a bite and closed my eyes, savoring the delightful combination of textures and tastes. It was love at first bite! The staff at this drive-thru truly understand the art of crafting a Crunchwrap Supreme. They're not just making fast food - they're creating joy in every wrapper.
So if you're in the area, do yourself a favor and swing by this Taco Bell. Ask for the Crunchwrap Supreme, and tell them I sent you. Your taste buds (and your soul)...
