I normally never write reviews but Savers has gone down hill drastically over the past year. The price gouging is insane. I saw so many ripped, stained, dirty, damaged items for $10-20. Things that used to cost $5-6 now cost $10-25+. Management used to be nice and offer a discount on damaged items now they say there’s “nothing we can do.” Expecting people to pay so much for items that are trashed or will cost more money to fix is ridiculous. I saw broken, busted up furniture for $30-50. Goodwill sells nice furniture for $10-20. What’s the deal? I found a faux fur coat with an absolute TRASHED lining and they were still charging $18. They wouldn’t budge on the price. I bought it anyway to fix only because I had a coupon otherwise there was no way.. Scummy and greedy.

Excellent place to thrift! My first time here, I usually go to the crystal / New Hope thrift store. I was down here meeting friends for lunch. Most puzzles are $2.49 through $4.49. I went through all the clothing, very reasonable and pricing about $4.49 for tops, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts. Today is August 15th, 2024. I heard they're going to put fall stuff out soon so come quick. Please enjoy all 50 of my photos, I couldn't add any more because Google prevents me from doing so. Staff was very nice, the store is pretty organized.

I came here on a Thursday because of the super saver discount. My account got deactivated, and I was never notified of this and never got any message or was told. I was very upset and the person working offered no help. I then said OK can I make a new account. So I had to make a new account with my husband‘s information and was not told how to recover my account or what happened as I had never canceled it. Other than her the experience was great. They always have a great selection here.

Prices are insane here compared to any other thrift store. No dressing rooms. I went the other day and found a sweater originally from old navy, the savers tag said it was $7.79 (guessing on the cents) while it had the original tag from old navy saying it was on clearance for $6.49. I went up to a younger girl employee near the registers and she seemed surprised by it too, it only makes sense you would pay less. A manager (?) with short hair and glasses, middle aged woman, walks by and the young girl shows her and the manager says to me "so what?" And I say well it's a used item, she then proceeds to tell me "well we sell stuff for more than the clearance price all the time" and then rips the old navy clearance tag off. I then proceeded to watch her rudely argue with an older gentleman who was checking out over a coupon. Overall very rude, now sure why someone would put...

Update. I went on Thursday. Not paying attention to discounts. I found a new dress & then the matching little sweater. They will be so good. Tried on at home. What a perfwct fit. So new dress & little sweater with a discount. You cant beat the price I paid for the good brand it was also. Check it out. You have to go often. To find the best deals. Most things are ok. It would be a lot cleaner if people would actually take care of their children. You can get costumes here. And evening dresses. You'll have to dig a little . Most things I do d like a 53 dollar coach purse. Nice shape was in the floor. Tops and pants. Dresses . I look all over and go d new stuff just stuck between hats and gloves. Jewlery is ok. I've found some really nice earrings at a good price. Also look for specials. Senior fday. Kids day. Sale on most stuff with discount card....

I went to Savers in Apple Valley today and I was shocked at the prices. EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING that I looked at was sky high. Shirts that looked worn were just under $7.00. I looked at shoes and raggedy looking shoes were marked $8 to $10. Household items were also over priced. After about 1/2 hour I just walked out and I won't be walking in again any time soon. I'm so tired of companies jumping on the inflation train right now just because they can. It's all to make the big guys in the corporate office more money. It's disgusting. When I asked the one clerk (because they have self checkers so you check yourself out now) when they raised their prices she got very defensive and said don't blame me, it's the people in the back that price them so high. She acted like this was a conversation she had had a few times before. I...
