Leeann Chin — Restaurant in Apple Valley

I normally really like Leeann chins. This one sucks. The workers are very stingy on portion for one, even when it’s dead. They will leave food out for a long time before tossing it. Old guy has always asked for me a drink or an app as an add on but has never asked a single other question once. They are also sloppy on food safety. Watched him accidentally put his thumb about a week ago in someone’s food and he moved someone’s plate back and forth from the line to add something on. No gloves or nothing and didn’t even notice it, customer took an awkward pause and obviously saw it, and the worker didn’t even acknowledge it. The girl in the front also very tight on portions when that specific manager is around it’s night and day. There is obviously a push for margin and a lack of care for other aspects and I’m sorry but it really shows. I wish It could have been better. I really prefer LC to The Panda megaprcosses chain The oyster wings where dry and the food is not fresh at this location. I was charged extra for half noodles when the employees never mentioned it to me before he dished it up And it was mostly White ricee not half and half. The problem is there is not any contingency at any of the Leann Chin's. I haven't been to this location since Oct. '22 and will not be back here. Other reviews of this location mentioned stinginess on the food portions: they are right. The music is to loud here and they do have T.V. to Watch stuff. The store itself had a good layout and iced too. The quality of the food has gone down DRASTICALLY. Leeann Chin used to be on par with Panda and just about any other Chinese food place, but now the food is just unappetizing goop. Even the noodles were practically mush. The little I did eat, I wish I hadn't, I've been violently ill ever since I ate that slop. I wish I could've gotten my money back, but I have no faith that I'd get a refund without a scene, and at this point, I just don't have it in me. I don't know who the owners think their kidding, but it's not possible for them to be unaware of this travesty. My doctor took a sample of my vomit and we're going to fund out exactly what caused me to be so sick, but it's pretty apparent.
