Bucky's Casino — Attraction in Arizona

I was just in there my husband is friends with Mike Scafuro so I was told to call maddi who I was told was shift manager the first time I called I got transferred to him the second time they had a lady claiming to be the shift manager told me that there isn't a maddi that works there AT ALL and I told her I just talked to him please don't lie to me she then transferred me DIRECTLY to his voicemail this was on my second call. this all started over the female security officer harassing me and having the other security guards harassing me after I told them I was cashing and leaving because I'm not going to go spend my money somewhere where they show no respect to certain costumers and the UT most respect to others paying 25 dollars per machine (which is partially what this is over) that being said a bunch of costumers complained about it and we were all told the same that they made acceptions in the rules for costumers that spend that much money and we don't. hence the lack of respect we received. before this happened and I said anything about about gentlemen I was getting my phone out to take a picture of a small win and the only female at BUCKYS came up and told me I can't record I accidently slid the button to record it wasn't on purpose I had no problem with it I put my phone down without saying a word to her and she then proceeded to tell me "you can leave if you don't like it"in a very stern rude voice mind you. I told her "you don't need to be rude to me im not being rude to you" after going up to the kiosk and complaining about the man on the whole row of machines and being told to eff off pretty much they proceeded to follow me to cash out then called their tribal police. I sat in the parking lot calling my husband who called Mike scafuro who said that is UNACCEPTABLE behavior from the staff and to go in and talk to maddi or Matti idk how you spell it either way that's who I was informed to talk to. apparently freedom of speech is also no longer allowed there because I used one curse word and was threatened to have the call ended and nothing happen if I "disrespected" him again. so have fun with that guys I just went their to blow money and steam being I spent the last 2 weeks taking care of my mother with terminal cancer and have been taking a beating emotionally and I try to go to their establishment and spend money and get treated like this. nope. never again. been going there since 2011 won't see me ever again nor any of my friends or family and we know darn near everyone in prescott... not to mention all the videos and pictures I've seen from their "big spenders" apparently they are also allowed to break the rules and use their phones as well they have no rules so if your rich you can do what you want if your just there to blow steam and throw away a few hundred dollars you get treated like dirt funny part is I was gonna spend a heck of a lot...

Really really sad seeing this place go down hill. All promos are gone, point system is ridicules. I came in for my birthday to find out I didn't even have free play that day! I really find it disturbing that you get rewarded free play every week for simply not having a penis. Literally I came in here AT LEAST 2 times a week for YEARS dropping at least $40+ on just drinks nightly. I pretty much lived here at times. Now I find myself walking in and walking out. There's is 0 incentive to come play. I used to have $30+ free play every month, I used it sparingly making every week an outing. (They definitely got my money everyweek) PLUS I came in to the restuarant and dropped money on the best dish they had at least once a month. I mean I was a casino rat, when friends would come up and visit this would be a stop that lasted all night. Now it's all over. They LITERALLY took out every single thing that was great. Free play Sundays, fun reward system, birthdays, jacked up the prices for all the food (I used to live off the food at times lol), the slot machines were never good payoffs, which is WHY the PROMOTIONS kept me coming here instead of Cliff Castle. OH I forgot we used to get the 2 room hotel suite alot too. Now it all goes to other casinos farther away. Management clearly thinks that they are making more money this way, but I just don't see how when I think of how much of just my cash they lost monthly. It also seems more bare now, less people seem to come here. Really really Sucks. I think of all the good times that will never happen again. This place used to be like a 2nd home, fun free play made you feel special, the staff were fun and now when I pass by I think "what a shame". My money simply goes farther elsewhere, I can't justify it and when I sit down to play I just find myself wanting to go somewhere else. Really a terrible way to treat the locals that have come...

I didn't visit the casino. I didn't want to waste any more than needed while staying at the hotel resort. There was no microwave, but a fridge. The room has great AC. The showerhead was good, but not great... The first time I got into the room, the volume was off on the TV. Staff blamed the previous visitors, but aren't they supposed to prepare the room for the next guests? The room was decent but some of the furniture was broken. The wifi was limited. Kind of understandable since a lot of people who were probably there for the meetings may have needed them for various reasons. The Ethernet was not available so it made it more frustrating when trying to use the Internet. My time there though was a little unpleasant since it seemed they were doing some very loud construction on the roof since we were on the fifth floor. Then there was only ONE working elevator! Very stressful and inconvenient especially when a bunch of people are waiting. They were probably there for hospital meetings, too. The fruit was the only thing that was good out of their meals. Highway robbery on the food btw... The pool was over chlorinated because my hair started sticking to my skin and burning my eyes. Not to mention that the lights in the pool showed that the pool may not have been cleaned in a while... I definitely had to wash after that... I mean there was a lot, it looked like skin follicles! Whatever it was, I felt icky. I heard it was going to be renovated and it wasn't going to be finished until 5 years from now. So maybe I will give it one more try in five years, because I'm not going back until then. It was a very unpleasant stay, I wouldn't...
