I love this store so much! Maybe too much, as I went from never sewing at all to coming to this store almost once a week because it's so fun.

The fabrics are all high-quality and the best prices in the area for what you're getting. I love the 100% linens, cotton lawns, and even the most exquisite summery wool, though there is never a shortage of new fabrics to discover.

The owner Mark is one of those business owners that makes you always want to shop local because of the relationship and human touch you could never get online or in a big box store. He's so passionate and knowledgeable about fabric, remembers what you like and don't like so that you get personalized recommendations and sneak peeks into new stock anytime you come in, and can educate and advise to a beginner sewist like me on the suitability of X fabric for Y project, how many yards you might need, etc.

So if you love nice things and great quality and reasonable prices... definitely check out this hidden gem, it's so much more fun and rewarding than any other place to buy fabric...

I've been going to Fabric Corner for years. The two things that stand out are: the staff and the selection. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. As an example, I was looking for an iron on interfacing product to make shades. They were out of it and the man I spoke to said he'd call their supplier. At I request, he took my number to call me back with an update. You never know whether people will follow up, but he called the next day to let me know the supplier no longer carried it and that's why it was out. Not only that, but he suggested other places I might be able to purchase it and even figured out the yardage for me! the selection is especially good for home décor products. On more than one occasion, I've found the perfect product here after I've looked several other places. Know what you are buying! I have been buying from the Fabric Corner for several years. They are not close to my home and I only get over there a couple of times a year. Most of the fabric I have bought has been great, and at a decent price. On my most recent visit, I bought outdoor fabric. It was with the Sunbrella fabric and advertised as 70% off. I didn't examine the fabric as it was being cut - a mistake! There are quite a few flaws in the fabric. Also, it is not Sunbrella, it is another brand that sells online for $8/yd. He charged me $14/yd. Obviously I feel misled and betrayed. Bottom line, be sure you know what you are buying and that you are paying a fair...
