I walked into the store and no one greeted me at all and I wasn't asked if I had any questions or needed help. I noticed that all the other customers in the store were being greeted, helped or having a pleasant conversation with staff. I bought some books and even then it wasn't a pleasant interaction like everyone else was having. I didn't get a thank you, did you find everything okay or have a nice day nothing. This is my first time ever writing a review for anything and I am only doing so because of how disappointed I am. Mind you this is not my first time there and not the first time I had the same experience. What really makes me upset is that all the other customers in the store including employees were Caucasian except me and that makes me scratch my head a little. I understand we are in Arlington but come on, I'm a paying customer just like the rest. I really didn't want to make it a race thing but I could only help but wonder how the interaction would have been if I were Caucasian as well.
