I am writing this review and cannot give enough stars because or the two superstars that work here named James and Jake the dynamic duo and are a huge asset to there profession and this store because if you met them you would never forget them because every time I go in and its lots the treat you like royalty and cannot do enough for you and always willing to satisfy your questions and I am 70 and not good at technology and just this past April I got my first I phone at a waltham verizon and I just wrote a review that I edited because of my horrific experience there with the stores manager rashid who needs to. Be fired bigtime and watches his employees from home when with a customer and twice called while I was there and said there spending to much time with me and I need appointment and nobody does this... customer service is paramount and wish I never went thru that door in waltham..the only reason I went in there was because I was in the area and inquired about an i phone and a great guy scott waited on me and shortly thereafter I went in with concerns and again on oct 4 I went in again and had ozzie and both times the phone rang and it was Rachid and that was it .horrific ..so back in sept of 2019 my wife got her first I phone and Sean did the transaction and he was great and why I ever went to walthaam I wish I never did and so this past oct 9 my wife is now trading her I phone 13 in for yhe new I phone 14 and James and Jake where there and they as always are the tom Brady of phones and belong on the mount Rushmore of verizon wireless stores worlds best please go here and not waltham and I say that because of the horrible treatment of Rashid ....thank you James and Jake for all you have done for us and you both are the...
Read moreHorrendous experience with this store and more specifically, Jake. When I purchased a new phone for my son, I was sold the offer of moving my family to Verizon from TMobile for the same price and three new phones. Even if my daughter was away in college, Jake claimed he could easily port over her phone virtually. In summary, he failed to port her phone, resulting in my daughter being away at college and not having a working phone for 48 hours - he told her to go to a local Verizon in South Carolina to address the problem. Also, although he told my wife and I that our phones were ported over, I didn’t have ability to receive calls. When I spent several hours the next day with Verizon customer service, they told me our phones were never fully ported over - we were Jake’s last customer of the day and clearly wanted us out of the store so he can go home and never completed the process. To close out my miserable experience, Verizon has been charging me full price for my “free” phone. I’ve been speaking with Jake and he told me he has submitted a claim to reconvene issue with corporate Verizon. Latest update he gave me was that the claim was rejected but “not to worry” he resubmitted to a “higher-up” level. When I reached out to Jake this week, he no longer works at Verizon and I’m still paying for my “free” phone! This nonsense has been going on since October - lies upon lies… Not sure if this will ever be addressed by the incompetent Verizon - will be looking to switch back to TMobile as soon...

Was not greeted by either associate and stood there waiting for someone to give me the status of the two old ladies that they were helping actually they were entertaining them.. I waited for someone to say it'll be 10 more minutes or something to that effect but it never happened.. the Oriental looking associate was taking his sweet time making phone calls and sipping coffee while he was helping the old lady while the other associate was in talking just processing her transaction I suppose after 20 minutes of silence and the old lady's stretching the transaction out longer than it should have been by small talk and interruptions and neither associate communicating to me how much longer do I have to wait my daughter and I just left extremely disappointed... only this is just one bad day but two weeks prior to that also on a Monday we pulled up to the store and there was a sign saying be right back on the door but nobody ever came back after we waited 40 minutes.. twice visited and both times I was extremely disappointed so this is...
