KD's Custom Jewelry — Attraction in Arlington

I read multiple reviews on this shop. I was extremely excited to visit and purchase a custom piece for myself. I arrived after confirming through maps they were open. No one was as the establishment. Bare in mind the hours were posted on the door as well. I called and immediately received a text from them, when I inquired about the custom piece, no more text communication. I was not deterred. Albeit annoyed, I followed up with another text and and email inquiry. I have yet to hear back. I went to this establishment looking for a charm. I placed an order and was told it would be delivered the next day. Went back , my order wasn't delivered yet. Then went back again and the owner claimed they never delivered my merchandise. This store has had my deposit for over a week and still haven't gotten my merchandise. The owner trying to do anything not to return my deposit. But I will be returning to the store today. It's no more excuses, mind you I called yesterday and was told waiting on UPS. My ring has been "fixed" for the FOURTH time now, I've had to pay each time . The exact same stone, in the exact same spot, that he "fixes" every time I come in, continues to keep "breaking".
