It's really fun! It's a bit dusty in certain places, but comes with the territory. Some of the dirt was pretty gross tho. There's no rhyme or reason, everyone does whatever they want, meaning no one keeping order like place in line, kids taking up spaces and using certain things where they don't actually do the specific activity. I'll stand in line waiting patiently for something, but kids will run in front, jump in the way (drop zone -wont actually jump into drop zone, they'll just jump on the trampolines in front of the drop Zone, instead of jumping on the trampolines that are meant specifically for jumping/ the jumping wall - will be standing in line waiting patiently and everyone has a groove and then suddenly kids will run in there and start jumping on the trampoline in there taking up all the space while we just stand there and I'll wait for them to get out of the way - I get that all comes with the territory of playing around with kids, but none of the workers are really doing anything but just standing there watching people act rude and disrespectful) Workers are hit or miss with how friendly they'll be. I'm sure they don't get paid enough and are teenagers. Outside of that, I have a membership so we go there a lot because it's so fun during the week when there's hardly anyone there.

This review is based on our personal XP at this specific location in Arlington, TX. Staff in the front is very polite and professional. Now, The place felt overly crowded and I noticed all tables were labeled as "reserved" (I guess for Birthday parties or some sort of other event) which this (many parties, lead to a lot of litter around) I noticed that the ball pit had quite a lot of dirty balls in there 🤧🤢 I also noticed that the place in general is overly dusty, the nets from the playground area, the vents, bathrooms. As a parent, cleanliness it is a MUST when I PAY to take my kids to an indoor playground. I am not sure if there is a lack of employees/ or people are simply not doing their jobs.. but this place could not pass inspection... It is way too filthy.

It was my first time here and was so excited to spend the last day of spring break with my family and all are children. We purchased the admission on groupon but today was a very busy day since it's Spring Break and the weekend. However it seems they may have been under staff because the restroom was very dirty there wasn't tissue paper. The party are wasn't very clean. The manager wasn't very friendly at all she really need to work on her customer service skills. And to top it all off you only serving food for parties because you are behind. There was only one young lady that was working in the food area and I forgot her name but she was very friendly and was trying to get everyone order. Her service alone gave you the one star.

I think that companies forget that it is the parent that is paying for their kids to go to these place. These companies forget that it is our hard earned money we use to treat our kids to entertainment. To be fair, I took my kids twice to this location. Once during spring break and again this past weekend. At two different times of the day also. The first time it was packed and noisy. The second it was quiet because they had just opened. I was hoping that the second time we went it would be much better. Nope! This place and I see from all these reviews at different location, are run down with no upkeep. The attractions they advertise in the picture on the website are almost non-existent. The gladiator platform is supposed to offer helmets but I found them at the bottom of the pit. I was not going to put them on my children. They don't look like they were clean. At the top of the tunnel area/play area there is supposed to be someone to put a harness on the kids for they can do the obstacle course hanging from the ceiling. Never was open either time. No one there to help the kids. Also next to and under the tunnel play area you can see all the construction stuff that they need to put up or put out. So why not update the place. This is very tacky. The cafe/food area was lacking, sticky and dirty both times. They showed gluten-free options on the menus but then I was told the menu had not been changed and they no longer offer those options. The employee themselves look dis-interested and not too helpful. Not rude but not welcoming. Mostly just walking around talking to each other. I had to wait forever for someone to come and make 2 regular size Icees for my kids. My kids overall just like to jump and with them being Autistic I get that but I don't feel like I should be paying my money for something I am not getting the whole experience for. I bought 2 ultimate package tickets $25.00 for this kids, which mean they get access to everything. But apparently that means nothing. Then 1 parent for $12.99. I still had the socks for us all from last time. If this place was worth it I would get the Summer package but again apparently no one thinks that parents are paying and they want their kids to have a nice place to play. I am not sure that I will be coming back to this location or another one. I need a big coupon...

I really enjoyed our experience at this location and I know my son had fun because its all he's been talking about. After reading other reviews I was slightly skeptical of coming here because others made note of the parking situation and the professionalism of the employees but I didn't experience any of those problems. We arrived around 6pm and there was plenty of parking stalls available. The young man at the counter was very accommodating and since it was my sons first time there he very carefully explained the rules and what we needed to know in regards to safety and membership. I was slightly concerned about the overall safety of the park and had some questions for the manager that I needed answered before letting me son roam freely. This young lady was so sweet and she very calmly answered all my questions and explained all the safety precautions put into place to ensure that nothing would go wrong. I was very impressed with the employees and how they made sure that the kids were following the rules so everyone could had fun. They were so nice to my son, talking to him every time he had a question and making sure that he was safe. I thought that was something special. When it was time for some food we sat in the table/dining area and I was very impressed with how the employees maintained the cleanliness of the area. Usually when I go to these kinds of places there is food and trash scattered across the floor and tables, and I do understand this is unavoidable to an extent because kids will be kids, but the employees were very attentive to any garbage and made sure that the entire area was clean. Very good service and consideration for the costumer in my opinion. My son and I will definitely come back to this location from now on, even though it might take an extra 15 minutes of driving time. He can't stop talking about how much fun he had and he is even trying to convince me to let him have his birthday here next month. I have...

I went here on a Saturday early in the morning and I definitely experienced a few things I had read in other's reviews. Upon first getting there I had to plead with the front desk to bring my son's cake in because I thought, like most places, there would be an exception to the "no outside food or drink" policy. I was informed I needed to buy a birthday package to bring it in. We have no family in the area so a birthday package for 3 people wasn't worth it for us. Fine. She allowed the small cake. However, at 11am the place was filthy. There was tons of trash and storage on the floors and in multiple areas. The ball pit had deflated balls with black gunk on them, the dodgeball room had balls without plastic covers on them and my kids constantly complained that other kids were bullying them. The pizza was fine but I watched several times as some of the food service guys handed people their food without their gloves on. The bathroom is the biggest joke. No one is paying attention to it, the floor looks like someone ripped up old flooring leaving nasty stained concrete exposed and kids were playing in there teepeeing it. It's also freezing cold with no personality. Some of the play steps inside the jungle gym and ball pit area are worn out and hard to walk on and yea, teenagers worked most of the areas. I also experienced getting into verbal altercations with other parents and kids who clearly didn't care. Overall I wouldn't come back to this location. In my opinion this location is neglected by the people who work there and corporate has clearly not upgraded, renewed or cared about this location in atleast a decade. I only gave it 3 stars because the staff was atleast friendly and I didn't have nasty food like others in the...
