Golden Chopsticks — Restaurant in Arlington

Ordered food for my lunch break at work took over 30 minutes to be delivered once order was picked up when job was right down the street from location food bland and soggy by the time it got here it was cold drink water down and hot egg roll soggy rice cold and the fixings in the inside soggy so when calling dordash dordash tells me it's the company because I ordered from the company's website so I called the company the company's manager hangs up in my face when explaining to them what happened and it's telling them I want a refund then when I call back I'm told that they will call me back and that his doordashes that's supposed to give me my refund when I ordered it through them not DoorDash All I want is my money back because the dasher was rude had a attitude and took 40 minutes to get here with my food and my food was no good it's not edible I did try to eat it but the egg rolls were mushy and the rice was no good and it was combination rice My drink was watered down and my can drink was hot still have not heard back from the managers I'm still trying to get my refund because who wants to pay $25 for some rice and egg rolls that are soggy and...

Worst Chinese Restaurant EVER! The Food is TASTELESS! Most Asian food is full of flavor. You won’t get that here. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had!! They are very dismissive of the customer. They are only about the dollar.. The staff does not speak a word of English, therefore when I requested fried rice with no veggies only egg, I was presented with plain rice. I ordered pepper steak, my tray was full of peppers & onions with very little steak. I ordered fried noodles & literally got @ 10 sticks in a bag that would generally go on a salad. Me and my family of 7, went to eat yesterday, and spent well over $75... when our food was brought out it looked pale and tasted so bland! We asked for lemons and the rude chinese guy kept on looking at us with the meanest face ever. We tried making our food taste better by adding soy sauce, lemon, and that red oily pepper sauce, but when my daughter went to ask for it, the rude chinese guy gave her 2... yes 2 sauces for 7 plates of food!!! She politely asked could she have more, and he flat out said "NO!!" We tried to make the best of it, considering we were eating cardboard like food, so when we left, I asked the young chinese boy.. "Is that the owner?" To which he replied "yes".... I told him to tell him he was a very rude, person and very stupid business man. He said "Ok, but why?"
