Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

1.Entering the store we were not greeted by "Hi Welcome to CiCi's" Was not greeted what by appeared to be the Manager. Guest Greeter walked away without saying anything to those of us waiting. No treys. Salad was very damp and looked OLD. I called out at least twice "may I place a special" before being tended to, as i was starting to place my special I was cut off, by your employee "oh we don't make buffalo pizza as specials..." RUDE! i smiled politely continued with my order "unless its special" i continued and, had to stop because employee had to go look for a pen.. When I got my special the Hot Buffalo Sauce was missing..and my pizza was NOT CRISPY.. i let the buffalo sauce go but I LOVE Crispy pizza.

Now I would've said something at the table but the cutter didn't ask if we needed anything. So i walked to the buffet to ask for the pizza crispy.. it was not crispy but i was tiered of waiting.. it was 10:20 when we walked in, half the restaurant was getting ready to close they CLOSE AT 10 not 8:30. I ordered a special for a reason what was on the buffet I ate it was Ok. I WANTED OLD CINNAMON, I ASKED FOR IT. I EVEN TOLD THE KID BEHIND THE COUNTER HOW TO MAKE IT, WE ASKED THE "MANAGER" AND LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS STUPID AND SAID "OH WE DON'T HAVE THAT" I KNOW YOU DON'T HAVE IT, HENCE THE SPECIAL REQUEST. IT WOULD'VE BEEN NICE IF THE "MANAGER" HAD GOT OFF HER ASS, BECAUSE SHE WAS EATING AT 9:20, AND EXPLAINED TO MY WHY SHE COULDN'T MAKE THAT SPECIAL REQUEST. NEVER ONCE WERE WE ASKED IF WE WERE DOING OK. NEVER ONCE DID A MANAGER ASK US ANYTHING OTHER THAN TELL US TO NOT SIT AT THE BACK BECAUSE THAT SECTION WAS CLOSING 1hr.40min EARLIER... SO YES I AM VERY DISSATISFIED AND I AM TELLING...

The taco pizza came out about 1 month ago and i got an email alert that taco pizza will be at the Cicis near me! and honestly i was excited!! i even tweeted about it and got 48 likes and 78 retweets! then i got to my local Cicis and ordered a full 12 inch taco pizza for me and my son. first bite in i was like wow this tastes amazing. Now when my 4 year old son had his first bite he started crying. i thought that was strange so i gave him brownies and cookies that we bright from home. u then finished his slice of plans i nearly threw up after i then noticed that the "taco meat" wasn't cooked at all and i told one of the cashiers and she told me to deal with it and there are no refunds and then i asked to speak to the manager and i'm assuming the lead "cook" told me "what do you expect from a $6 buffet. this is Cicis you idiot." and i was like wow. i gave my son $5 for the game room and he's very responsible for his age and he marched over the the game room and an employee stopped him and questioned my son about why he was holding $5. the employe named "juan" snatched the money and went behind the counter and my son being my son chased him into the kitchen i then chased after him and an employee stuck his foot out and tripped me and i landed on some frozen pizza dough boxes. then out of no where some employee just punched me in the face as hard as possible and that turned into a 9 week long black eye. i then grabbed my son and took the $5 from Juan and kicked the glass door open and we never returned. the pizza is horrible. horrible customer service. highly...

I went a couple of days ago with a friend. We got there at 9pm, they close at 10pm. Ok, as we walked in a female worker walked passed us, looked at us and kept walking. I'm used to walking into Cici's and being greeted by 10 people. The one person who greeted us was cleaning the windows, but never turned our way to look at us. So we stood in line and the manager is on the phone, ok that's fine, but everyone else who isn't doing anything, but wiping windows could've taken some time out to take our order! We stood in line for 3 minutes, I was honestly starving. So I turned around to the only person who greeted us and asked "Is someone going to take our order??" And he says, "oh ma'am do you want me to take your order?" Uhmmm YEAHH!! But he was still nice about it. The manager, however; seemed like he just really didn't want to be there. We started to get our pizza and it was old, cold, burnt at the bottom, and tough- TOUGH PIZZA?? Gross! At 9:27pm they started putting the pizza up and cleaning off the dessert island at 9:27pm!!! It seemed to me like we inconvenienced them, I have never been to such a customer service deprived Cici's ever! I'm normally used to everyone being nice as can be, and I'm used to them putting up the pizza at 10pm the time they close not 9:30pm. I can say the only good thing about them is their pink lemonade, but they didn't even make that. I will never be back. I would drive 15- 25 minutes to another Cici's before I...
