This is my second time to this location. The first was better and it's been all downhill today. I placed my order online complete with a confirmation email and order number. I arrived and it was not ready when it stated it would be. It wasn't even in the locations orders so, of course they can't look it up by the order number you get when placing it online. The person I spoke to asked if there was a nickname and/or email it could be under. She explained they are not trained how to find online orders (in the website) and she couldn't find my order anywhere in their system. She eventually just threw an order for orange chicken and steamed rice bowl together. It came to nearly 88% steamed rice and about 7% chicken w/the remaining 5% empty space that could've/should've held more chicken. Before I left I decided to order a small entree of honey sesame chicken breast. Which miraculously appeared in their orders after three failed attempts of trying to place it online. Their website was freezing up in a constant state of an icon flipping around "thinking" for over 10 minutes. I eventually got it confirmed. I waited while my previous order got cold and eventually received the second order and left. I got home and opened my small order of honey sesame chicken breast and saw that it was "ALMOST" half filled with chicken and vegetables with more emphasis on vegetables than chicken. It should really be called vegetables in honey sesame dashed with some chicken breast. Very disappointing to be honest. I'll never order a small entree again because I don't consider vegetables to be an entree and the name of what I ordered didn't have vegetables in the title. It said chicken and there was little of it. In conclusion I have learned the following today: (1.) You have a 50/50% percent chance your order will be made when placing it online. Confirmations and order numbers don't mean squat. (2.) Don't count on getting much meat protein when ordering the orange chicken or possibly any chicken item. It will be approximately 85-90% rice. They should really call it steamed rice bowl w/very little orange chicken (if they don't already). (3.) Don't order a small entree. It will be less than half filled in their smallest cardboard container. If it has any vegetables in the mix the ratio will be 92% vegetables to 8% meat protein and that is in a half filled container. I took photos so I could remember this and talk myself into something else, somewhere else next time. Portions are not enough to entice me for a return, not at any price. Employees will say that is what they are told to do for portions. I think they are using smaller spoons these days to get portions. I remember not too long ago the meat to rice ratio was better.

I ordered food at the drive thru, the employee hands me my drink and tells me to pull forward, I wait 15 mins up front and still did not receive my food, then I go to the drive thru window and ask where’s my order she says what order? I’m like the order I purchased, she says why are you yelling at me? Do you want a refund, I tell her yes, she walks away, did not give refund or my food, the cops had to hand me my food, she refuse to give me my food and I wasn’t violent or loud, there’s a video I recorded and also a witness… the employee also ran out the store handing other people orders but mines, this is very unprofessional. I really need a response, because the locked the food I ordered and took my payment. Without resolving the issue. And I was very patient and non aggressive

"Great food, but customer service needs improvement. I stopped by Panda Express and was pleased with the taste and quality of my meal. The teriyaki Chicken was on point! However, the young ladies working there seemed a bit disconnected from the customers. When you walk in the young ladies at the front don’t meet you with a welcoming attitude. They respond like the customers are bothering them. With a little more attention to customer service, this place would be a 5-star spot for sure. Maybe some training on how to provide excellent customer service would take it to the next level. Overall, 2 stars out of 5 for customer service - great food, but room for improvement on the service side."

The person that I assume was the manager on duty was very unprofessional and did not handle my situation well at all. I'm a DoorDash driver and went to the store to pick up an order for a customer. On the table for online orders they didn't have my delivery so I asked about it. One person told me they still had to make it. Not long after that lady came out and said they don't have the order, there is nothing they could do, and I had to contact doordash to cancel it. I asked why and she didn't give me a straight answer. She just kept telling me they couldn't do anything. I went to the parking lot and called the customer to let him know and he was fine thankfully. I then called doordash. The guy I spoke with at doordash was extremely nice and tried to help me by calling the store. He called the listed store number and even confirmed the number with me but he got no answer. With him still on my phone I want back into the store where the manager absolutely refused to speak to him. She told me he would have to call the store (which he already did). She was clearly angry and did not want to help. When I her asked again why this order was not there and why they can't make it she said they need the receipt and they didn't have it. She also said I was the second person to come pick up that order which I'm skeptical about especially since she didn't mention it until the end. I'm lucky the guy from doordash was nice. He cancelled the order immediately after that.

I don't know what really happened and why that order wasn't there. Regardless, her response was terrible. It hurt not just me (wasted time and reduced pay) but also the customer who likely never got their food.

And by the way I did confirm several times that I went to the correct panda express with the correct address and phone number so it was not that or...

Do not go here! Found roach in rice at home and went back to tell them. I gave the plate to a blonde male with long hair and he took it to the counter. He searches it AND takes the roach out and says, “ we can only give you another plate, we don’t do refunds here.” I ask for the manager and she comes over. The manager ask “where is the roach?” And I said it is right there where I left it for you guys to see on top. She replies “What roach? There is nothing here.” And I say, “ go and ask the white male with long hair he saw it bc he offered me another plate so for sure he saw it.” She goes and ask and the male says “ I didn’t see anything.” I told her that he took out the roach ON PURPOSE for her not see see. I also told her I was not given a receipt and she changes the whole conversation as to she can’t give me a refund with no receipt… I thought he said you guys don’t give refunds at all. Not my fault yalls cashiers don’t hand out receipts when clearly y’all have a policy “ no receipt? Meal on us!” So make sure you guys pay attention! Clearly, you guys don’t know any professionalism. Manager is barley understand with a thick accent. People work for their money to enjoy a meal not to be given such poor customer service by you all😂😂 Who would want another plate as a replacement when you guys have cockroaches? Manager is the WORST! And her employees who are easily driven by their manager, please!!...
