My recent visit to the Jack in the Box near the Cowboys stadium was nothing short of a disaster. The only silver lining was that the AC worked, which was the only respite from an otherwise awful experience.
The workers were not only rude but shockingly unprofessional. The employee taking our order walked away in the middle of our transaction to answer her cell phone. She had the audacity to demand payment while she was on the phone, completely ignoring the fact that we hadn't even finished placing our order.
To make matters worse, the ice machine was out of ice, and when we asked for some ice to be put in our cups, another worker displayed open annoyance because she had to fill it herself. The soda machine was equally problematic, randomly changing flavors as it filled our cups.
While waiting for our cups to be filled with ice, I watched in disbelief as an employee walked away from the register, ended her phone call, and immediately started handling food. What's worse, she didn't bother to wash her hands or use gloves before loading up tacos with her bare hands. This level of disregard for basic hygiene is beyond unacceptable.
When our order was finally called, I approached the counter to retrieve it, only to find that they hadn't even finished preparing our bag. I was told to sit back down and wait to be called up again. The level of disorganization and inefficiency was mind-boggling.
My chicken sandwich was so overcooked and slightly burnt. They did make me a new one with no issues and apologized.
In summary, this Jack in the Box location near Cowboys Stadium was a filthy, unpleasant nightmare. The rude and unprofessional staff, coupled with the unsanitary practices and the overall dirty environment, make this establishment one to avoid at all costs. My advice: steer clear and find a better place to satisfy...
Read moreFirst of all I want to say that my food was definitely not hot enough for my lettuce and tomato to be hot!! Not if it's just now turning 10:30 when lunch is starting! Are the condiments not sitting over a refrigerated area to stay cold. What happen to fresh burgers where the condiments were cold and the meat and cheese were hot. Like you can tell when a sandwich was freshly made. Maybe the young generation don't know what I'm talking about. But anyway the last was nice and my fries were hot but my burger was hot like it had been sitting under the hot vent you know you made the wrong sandwich and it just sits there till somebody comes and orders it but it's soggy as hell when you get it. That's what y'all gave me!!! So yes I definitely want a refund. I've been in this area for 2 years and never been here cause this has happen before at another location. But I was listening to the radio and they said it's national cheeseburger day!! So I decided to give y'all a try and I'll be damned y'all still mess me up smfh!!!!!!! How and it just turned lunch ion get it!!!!! But I want a refund and hell no I won't be back!! That's a shame.
