I understand that it’s new and I love supporting black businesses but I have a few issues.
Service was horrible. We had to hunt down menus and a waiter. At least by the time we got a waiter we knew what we wanted for drinks and food so that we didn’t have to wait to order more. At least time. It took a long time to get a second round of drinks and I didn’t even get mine. There did not seem to be any organization or zones as to who serviced what area.
It took a long time to get the ticket when we were ready to leave. Considering that there was no one monitoring our section, it surprised me that they did not take a card to open a tab or something. Our party could have just walked out without paying and I doubt anyone would have stopped us. So my suggestion is to have all servers assigned to tables so that they are there to service their table and collect their payment.
3 automatic gratuity. I hate when places force gratuity, not because I don’t want to compensate but because it leads to lack of service. In all establishments I have been in that don’t force it, the server works harder because it’s not a given. I understand that you want to look out for your staff but you also need to look out for your customer. The experience they have will determine if they return. Return customers will spend more and tip more than 1 time customers. Tips should be based on service given, not showing up to work. That’s what your wage is for.
This isn’t really their fault but parking options sucked. Because of the close proximity to Cowboys stadium, there were a lot towing signs around and we were quite unsure of where to park because the main lot was full. Please have a sign or notice on your site to let customers know where they should park to avoid getting towed.
I love the music and the overall vibe of the place and the food was wonderful and I hope that they will figure out their service issues because I would love to visit again. Read moreMy husband and I visited on Saturday, August 2. Just like my star rating it was just ok. First the positives: food excellent, we had a flatbread and catfish plate. Drinks were ok. We ordered pretty simple drinks though. Gin and tonic and a ranch water. The space was well decorated and designed nicely. The staff was nice.
Second the critiques. And I call them critiques because we both agreed nothing was a deal breaker however there were some issues that could be improved. First, the lighting was too bright. Maybe a warmer bulb would help. Second, we received our first glass of water well after we finished eating. The server told us that glasses were being washed. I would say maybe have plastic for back up or buy more. Third, my husband didnt really enjoy the DJ but for me, the DJ leaving at around 1am was a negative for me. It was a Playlist of disco rap that played the remainder of the night. The crowd was mix of age but the music was not entertaining at all. Lastly, may need to beef up staff ahead of football season. It was lengthy wait times for drinks. My husband left our table to go to the bar to order our drinks instead of waiting for our server.
I say all that to say. We will be back especially during football season. We do understand its a new lounge and so there are tweaks that will happen in the early stages. Im excited to see where this...

Recently, we attempted to reserve a private area to celebrate a birthday celebration, following what we believed to be the appropriate booking procedures. We had invited several first-time guests to share in the welcoming atmosphere we had previously experienced.
Unfortunately, this visit fell significantly short of our expectations. Despite having a confirmed reservation from 6:00-8:00 PM, we arrived to find our booking was not documented in their system. While we understood that the staff member who had taken our reservation was traveling, no alternative verification process was available to resolve the situation.
The service we received was unprofessional and disappointing. From arrival through our eventual seating on the patio, we experienced persistent negative attention from one particular server that made both us and our guests uncomfortable. This treatment was particularly embarrassing given that we were introducing new customers to the establishment.
While the food quality and overall ambiance remained excellent, the poor service experience has unfortunately overshadowed these positive aspects. Given the availability of comparable dining options, we are reconsidering our future patronage of this...
