I have to say that this was one of the Worst trips my family and I have ever experienced!! First of all, this was supposed to be a very special day for our son, being that it was his junior trip. However, from the moment we were entering the park, the mask Natzis were prevalent, demanding that you put a mask on or you could not enter, despite the state mask mandate being lifted! They had paid employees stationed around the park yelling at people to āput your mask on!ā We purchased my husbandās ticket online, parking (which was outrageously priced at $27.50), and a Meal Deal for $34.99. The meal deal we NEVER even got to use because they did not have enough places available to serve the thousands of people there that had prepurchased theirs as well. The ONE place I did manage to find in the entire park that would redeem our meal deal was so extremely crowded that you would have had to wait at least two hours or longer to even get to the counter to place your order!! Other places in the park that were selling soft drinks or water also had extremely long and painfully slow moving lines!! I cannot stress enough how horribly slow the service was!! Then when you finally get up to the register to order a soft drink, they didnāt even have any lids or straws left, however the small soft drink still cost $7 plus tax (of which they would NOT accept any cash for anything in the park, so unless you had a credit or debit card on you, you couldnāt purchase anything!! My son, who has autism was so excited to ride the Sky Screamer and was already in the swing and buckled in when the ride attendance came over to us and made my son get off the ride because he didnāt have a mask on and the face shield he did have would have blown off of him anyway once the swings were that high up in the air. It was very sad to see him have to leave the ride while he had to sit and watch his fellow classmates and everyone else get to ride. The Six Flags mask mandate and the no cash policies have got to GO!!! š” Needless to say, I will NOT be going back until the management, service and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased four Platinum National Season The Flash Passes last month and attempted to use them this month. I spent about $1,200 on these passes.
I was told that they couldn't be added to my season passes because I'd bought them separately from the season passes themselves and that there was no way to fix this. I was also told by four separate park employees and agents (both at the park and with corporate) that they would absolutely not refund my purchase price.
One park employee did suggest that he would request a refund of my original purchase price ($1,200) if I made a new purchase for the SAME passes that day (which currently retail for $4,000 for all four.)
So, I bought the passes from the company, they won't honor them, but will try to get my a refund of my original purchase price if I'm willing to pay almost four times as much to try to get the exact service I've already paid for.
On top of that, they refused to honor two of three season drink bottles that were a part of a meal plan I'd purchased, and would not allow reentry into the park with my Diamond season passes.
I gave the company about as much money as one can in one year per person and, for each of three components to my purchases (season entry passes, season meal plan, season flash passes) did not receive what was promised in any one of those categories.
I would NOT spend any significant money with the park, especially if you've got kids in tow; mine didn't understand why they didn't get to have the fun I'd promised them and DEFINITELY didn't understand why we had to end the day early when the season passes were denied for reentry into the park after lunch (I can't say I was personally disappointed, because I was done with the park after they'd taken so much money and refused to offer the tickets, but what do you do with kids in tow but try to salvage what you can?)
I can provide receipts, contact logs, and chat logs to anyone who is considering purchases and wants to know...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I was trying to purchase the seasons passes on the website I thought I was just purchasing the seasons passes. I saw an option to add the meal plan for $15 a month. It did not say anything else about any other charge. The season passes that I wanted was only suppose to be one time payment of $56. That was a great deal, but instead I ended up getting charged $30 a month for 12 months on a contract that I cant cancel for 12 months. I was outraged. I went up to Sixflags with my brother right after buying what I thought was my seasons passes and I bought my brother seasons passes with cash and he has had no problems with them. I got his for a one time payment of $56. So if you want seasons passes then go to the park and buy them. Do not buy them online. The website is definitely a SCAM!!!!! If all of this is not bad enough the customer service is horrible. Apparently every is a supervisor. I was telling one of them that I was a single mom, college student, just trying to get by and I can afford this extra charge. She did not apologize or show that she cared at all. So I said to hear you seem to not care at all. She said nothing the whole time until I said I guess I have no choice but to pay or it will go to my credit and she said yep thats right. They are almost all this cold. They need to take a lesson from Disney...
