This was the most horrendous restaurant experience I've ever had. I went with 7 other in a group on a Sunday afternoon. This was a few hours before the Cowboys game, and the place was pretty empty, so you'd think service would be a lot better than it was.
We all ordered a round of drinks, in which it took the server about 15 minutes to get them out. When we finally saw the waitress again, we were able to order some food. Everyone's food came out at the same time except for my pizza which they supposedly burnt. Another 15 minutes pass by and I received my pizza directly from the Manager who apologized and said that they would be comping the pizza due to the wait. The food was terrible, I feel like the pizza could have been in the oven a bit longer and not a single person at our table was happy with their order. My wife had to order mayonnaise 4 times before they brought it over. Let me remind you, that this place was dead when we first arrived.
After all this, we're just ready to leave. Except we can't. The waitress somehow managed to mess up our checks not once, not twice, but three times (each time forgetting to comp my pizza as promised by the Manager). After waiting to get our checks for what seemed like an eternity, the waitress comes back with my wife's card with no receipt and mentioned that our entire bill would be comped due to the wait. This was clearly not the case as, lo and behold, the very next day we have a $60 charge on our account. This was more expensive than it would have been even IF they didn't comp the pizza.
The number on their website is simply an automated message for all of Texas Live, with no option to actually speak to a human being. So, we're left to deal with this...
Read moreI had a truly abysmal experience with a waitress named Molly, and I feel compelled to share this unfortunate incident that happened over the weekend. Molly's complete lack of attention to us was mind-boggling. We practically had to perform a freaking dance to get her to notice us, and even then, she moved like my 90 year old grandma. It was like pulling teeth to get even the most basic service.
But the most shocking part of the ordeal was Molly's blatant disregard for professionalism. When she finally decided to grace us with her presence, it was impossible to ignore the unmistakable odor of alcohol on her breath. I can't say for certain how much or for how long she'd been boozing it up, but serving customers while intoxicated is simply inexcusable.
What's worse, it seems we weren't the only ones who noticed. We struck up a conversation with a neighboring table, and they agreed that they had seen the same issue with Molly. It's deeply troubling that this behavior goes unaddressed by the establishment's management.
Adding insult to injury, Molly's rude and disrespectful demeanor made the whole dining experience an horrible ordeal. Her condescending tone and overall attitude left a sour taste in our mouths, and not just because of the food.
Basically, Molly's service was a train wreck from start to finish. I won't be returning to that restaurant, and I strongly recommend the management or HR to take immediate action to address these issues with her. She is not fit to be a waitress at all, and it's a disservice to patrons that her unprofessional behavior is...
Read moreI came with a friend to Arlington for a week to work the MLB All-Star Game from Seattle. My Uber driver told me about Texas Live! and I was not prepared for how awesome it was. Our first drinks and meal were at the Sports & Social bar upstairs, and the service was top notch! The drinks and food were really good, but the hospitality is why I'm giving this place 5-stars. I literally came here every single night I was here, and was never disappointed. I highly recommend this (and Texas Live! in general). We don't have one in Seattle, so this was my first time in one of these spots, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Also, incredible view of AT&T Stadium outside. Legit couldn't stop taking photos!
I also gotta give a special shout out to our bartender Harper. He was such an awesome guy! He answered all of our questions, and made us feel very welcomed. Told us where the good spots were for partying, and was constant chatting with us when it was slower (and even when it was busy, always checking in on us, joking, giving us high-fives... Just genuinely making us feel appreciated as customers). Dude is a boss, and whenever I come back, if he's there, you can bet we're parking ourselves at his bar. Thanks for...
