Note to Event Organizers The organizers of this expo center DO NOT do good business nor respect the time of other businesses whatsoever. I strongly feel like they lead you on with low entry costs, give a false narrative that you are on the requested schedule date and claim that they will send a contract. Its been my experience that they will figure out who they can gauge the most for profit by making you wait more than 1+ month for the contract, then come back with an excuse that you were “bumped” by someone else if they couldn’t get the most revenue out of you. In my opinion with over years of event experience, they seem to only contract with companies who they can make the most money out of. Respect your time and business by going elsewhere.
Reply to Response from the owner: Making a statement such as "attempt to round up funding" is quite a bold statement and poor business acumen which is no surprise here. You have zero idea what a companies budget is before making such a crass statement. The reality is you guys are gouging other companies and play a bait and switch game as if you are dealing with novices who know nothing about business or events. I have been in business for quite some time and am not new to this industry and the new practice of habits from venues, which is also no surprise here. Either give an upfront price with transparency and send a contract to move forward, or stop wasting other companies valuable time for self benefit. Business isn't a one-way transaction, but apparently this is not the case for your...

Read moreWent here to attend the Dota 2 Arlington Major. The arena was smaller than I thought it would be but for an Esports event I guess it was okay as the seats were not even fully taken during the 2 days I was there. All the seats were the foldable chairs but they were locked-in together as rows so people can't move them around. There was a good amount of vendors selling food and drinks and I also liked how they had a cocktail bar. They also had an area outside where you can take smoke breaks or just be outside for a little bit. I wasn't a big fan of going through security over and over again after going outside. I think they could've just blocked one of the staircases leading to the entrance from the break area, that way attendees can just go in and out the same doors from the venue to the outdoor break area. Not sure if that's PGL's idea or the venue policy and maybe it's just for security purposes but who knows. Overall, I think the venue is...
