History repeats itself for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Should be a fun World Series! Note: President Bush threw out the 1st pitch in game 3 of the 2001 World Series and the Yankees prevailed 2-1. While visiting Texas, I had an opportunity to go watch a ball game at Globe Life Park. The stadium was nice and big, since we arrived before the game, not too many people just yet. We went to see the field before going up to our suite. Beautiful evening, perfect for a ball game! We had Ferguson Jenkins Party Suite. It has indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is air-conditioned, and closed off with glass walls and doors from the outside. You can either stay in the cool air, or go sit outside to watch the game. The view from the outdoor seating is pretty nice, although I do enjoy the game from a spot that is closer to the home base. What about food? The food and beverage package at this suite had pretty good selection. We had hot and cold dishes. The cold dishes consisted of cheese & fruit platter and salad for healthier options. The hot foods selection was interesting, very Tex-Mex in my opinion. They had chicken fajitas with veggies, beef brisket with onion rings, chicken tender & wing combo. And ball game won’t be complete without jumbo hot dogs! They were pretty good. The chickens and dogs were nice, but other food options were just a-ok. And yes, some desserts. They had lots of cookie & brownie tray. As for drinks, they had soft drinks, bottled water, canned beer and some wines. They had plenty of drinks of all kinds, we were well taken care of right here. They also had huge container filled with popcorn on the bar tables, which was great snacks with some ice cold beer. We had a fun time here at the Party Suite, such a nice way to watch the game on a hot day (or any day, really). If you are planning some fancy party at the Globe Life Park, check out their Party Suite!

Nice ballpark in its last year of existence. GL Field opens next year literally right next door. Large scoreboards show exactly the same thing(?) Out of town scoreboard is not visible from 3rd base side and the running board that rings the foul territory is very small and difficult to read. Famous for the fowl pole, a 2 foot chicken strip and the have 2 foot hotdogs/ chili dogs. Didn't see a 50-50 person walking the stands and a jumbo hotdogs pretzel and regular drink cost $20.25. A lot of office park area very near park allows extra close in parking on the weekend which is authorized by the city. Cost $20. Large market team with large market prices, definitely cheaper in Cincy and I believe Detroit and KC. All in all not a bad experience. Also lots of local food give always. Passed out a bunch of free 5 wings from someplace, a Ranger hit a home run that glanced off the foul pole so tickets were good for a free Chick-fil-A and they scored more than 7 runs so all Papa John's orders were 50% off.

Yet another experience I will NOT ever forget since it has altered my life! This review is specifically related to those with disabilities related to using equipment like wheel chairs, walkers, & canes. I even saw strollers that should be very careful with walking through the stadium! This is my first time attending any event at the Choctaw stadium but I would have not ever thought I would be injured and then nobody call me back from the Choctaw stadium that would even try to understand the pain and frustration I feel. I was injured at the stadium at the 1:xx of the fourth quarter. We figured since the renegades had a ten point lead we would get an early start out of the game. As we’re leaving my walker wheel got caught on a metal plate on the floor close by the construction side. We sat in section 14 and the game was fun, adventurous, and had an amazing fan turn out for my first UFL game. Needless to say the floor plate caught my wheel and flip my walker and flipped me as well. I landed on my back and my back, neck, arms, hands, and feet were injured badly. A huge shout out to the strangers who stepped in to help me and stayed with me until I was able to move. I heard a crack so I didn’t want to move in case something broke. A staff member came over and asked if I was okay and I said no I guess body attempted to get help because I didn’t hear from any staff members in the 30 minutes I waited there injured and in excruciating pain. I went to the emergency room twice and to see my PCP all in a 72 hour span. I was given morphine because my pain was that bad! It’s easy to say I am sorry but NOBODY has yet to return my call and or apologize. The food I tried was disgusting but someone must like it if they still there . Some people should not bbq that’s what I am saying. To end this survey I will say just because a person is disabled doesn’t mean pain can trigger things in the body. I haven’t been able to drive alone someone has to switch the fear for me I have a sprain hand/wrist. Swelling that won’t go down and I have called four times since April 13th. All I ask is to be heard and know that my injured are real and the Choctaw stadium concrete cement floors hurt me badly. I thank God nothing broke but it wouldn’t be me if I didn’t say something! I do hope this message reaches the right people because right now I do feel discriminated against because I have disabilities and that is a violation of my rights as well. I do expect Choctaw stadium to take full responsibility for my injuries as well as pain and suffering.

YES YES YES... AND NO!! Sorry for the caps but I loved this game!! I sat in the Rangers Commissioners Box. Row 2. GREAT SEAT! Lots of player interaction and bells flying by. My mom loves the Rangers. Me not so much. My team is the Astros. They were playing the Rangers in Arlington that night. I was blessed enough to catch the game no matter what. While the venue was clean and easily accessible it seems a bit pricey for what little they offer. The restrooms were not stalked (ladies) and the staff at the venue were not very friendly. The fans... let me be nice...They were worse than the staff. Yes, I had on my Astros baseball cap. I was quiet until the rude fans around started bumping me talking rudely about my cap. I simply started cheering louder for Altuve and guess what- WE WON!!! GO ASTROS!!! Overall though this experience was a good one. ALTUVE WAVED IN MY DIRECTION! WOOHOO- The only thing that would have made this better is seeing Correa play too. Oh and catching a ball of course. 😁⚾️

Oh wow! This venue is nice. So now if you are planning to go to the AT&T Stadium to watch the Cowboys or catch a game at The Ballpark at Arlington to watch the Rangers, you have a reason to get there a little earlier besides parking and traffic. Texas Live! and the Global Life Park are doing big things. Before the Cowboys win tonight, we were able to stop in and hear a live band. After the game was an after party where girls dressed like Daisy from the Dukes of Hazard said there was no cover charge, discount on drinks, and actual Cowboys were supposed to be in the house later 🤔🤨. We went before not after so IDK about that one. And by the looks of construction they plan to go big or go home with a hotel coming soon called Live! by Lowes. If nothing else the views and decor look like they will be spectacular. I must say we really appreciate the cool blast we felt as we walked past to get back to our car. Stop by and take a peek. It was really nice!
