Just an absolute nightmare of an experience with Broadway Chevrolet service center. Had accessories installed in a brand new truck and the service tech butchered my inside door panel with a screwdriver or prybar. Installed brake controller in the wrong spot, forgot to install running boards, and installed a faulty seal on tonneau cover. Blamed me for smoking in the loaner that was picked up from me by one of their employees who ended up being the culprit. Broadway did make these things right after 3 visits and much wasted time on my part.
Fast forward to this week. I had heated steering wheel retrofit ordered in May 2023 to be installed. After 3 months of waiting I called and magically the part is ready for me. They stated they were attempting to contact me, which was not true. Went in for the install and was told that the new steering wheel was damaged after waiting 45 minutes. Let's try again in a few days. New steering wheel is installed with misaligned sharp plastic, scratched and sloppy stitching. I suspect the damaged steering wheel was "repaired" and installed anyway.
I am a firm believer in 2nd chances and mistakes do happen. But either I am very unlucky or Broadway just cannot perform quality service. This was my first brand new vehicle and the whole experience has just been very disheartening. I am disgusted in the blatant disregard Broadway has for the customers property.

   Read moreSad to say I really liked this place at first However today I took my care for a simple OIL CHANGE because Me and my family are traveling to Dallas Texas the following day , i waited a hour which is typical and more importantly understandable. What I cannot fathom is how in the world is it that my seat bracket is broken when my car was returned to me ...my seat will not go in a forward or backwards motion when I press the control to go forward it literally goes sideways smh.. went back inside the repair area to the person who I first took my car nice guy by the way , he was in the car and knows that my seat was not broken when I gave it to him he checked it out and went to see if he can have someone fix it . Of course they don’t have the part however , he was able to find the part and have it over nighted but it will be a 5hour job which is a major inconvenience for my family asked if they could provide a loaner because again one of their employees broke my chair because he is over 300 pounds and very tall and plops down in other people cars with no regards he is build for a Ford F-150 (the biggest model they have ) not a compact care such as Malibu . Long story I have been placed in a messed up position that I had no fault and will suffer because of their negligence . They will not provide a loaner no matter if their at fault I will never return to this location sad to say I bet you if I looked different it wouldn’t be a problem to provide me with a loaner !! 1 star because the agent I worked with really did...
   Read moreIn this day of quarantine, I had a leased Equinox that was to be turned in 4/28. Fortunately I had test driven a variety of vehicles and decided to go with another Equinox. Previous years I dealt with another dealership but we couldn’t come to an agreement. I called Broadway Auto and received a call back from Joe Rose. I explained my situation and asked what he could do price wise on the Equinox I wanted. He asked if he could get back to me which he did and came in with a higher price then the other dealer which I explained to him. He asked if he could back to me after consulting with someone else. The next morning he called with a lower price and no money down. He brought the paperwork to my home the next day, I filled it out while he waited and he said he’d get back to me once the financials were verified and approved in a day or two. He called back within two hours and was ready to deliver that same afternoon but I still had a couple weeks left on my lease so wanted to wait until the next week. He delivered it the following week, took mine in and got the final paperwork done for the lease and came back again with that. It was a very unusual experience with not setting foot in the dealership but Joe made the entire experience hassle free, practiced social distancing and was very accommodating.
