Where to start geez!!!! I have never been to a firehouse subs before and lets just say i wont be going back the young guy they had taking the orders walks up doesnt say a word and rests his head on the cups waiting for me to say my order (again first time customer) so i dont know specials, prices, meal bundles or anything. So i order a chicken bacon ranch and the guy responds like a horrible voice mail where when they leave their number the say it so fast you barely catch any of it. So i proceed to go with what i would hope they have and the total comes to $12.55 as a large. When my name is called i ask where the drink cup is and im informed i didnt get the meal just the sandwich and that they could ring me up again for just a drink but i said no thanks and left. For $12.55 i feel a sandwich should come with atleast a drink but ill stick to other locations where customer service is available the people there barely talked and when they did it was to acknowledge a customers question. No greeting, no thanks for coming, no nothing. Oh and not to mention they had a pile of trash swept into the center where customers walk just sitting on the floor i wish i had my phone at the time to take a picture. I was there on may 18, 2022...

Store was out of ingredients to fulfill my order and gave me option of either a different sandwich or refund through the app. I chose to cancel order and refund. Their app stated porters picked up and completed and I needed to to deal with store order was placed with. Went back in the store and person in store claiming to be the manager on duty stated that there was nothing he could do to help me. I stated what the app said and we needed to figure something out because it was not my fault they couldn’t fulfill the order. He walked away from me while still talking. Called someone on the phone in the back and stated real loudly that he had a belligerent customer in the store. At that point, I told the girl behind the counter I was leaving because I (and everyone else in the store) heard what he said and it was quite apparent he was not going to solve my issue, He proceeded to state he had the “district manager” on the phone if I wanted to speak with him. Read moreFirst time there, terrible experience. I have worked in customer service for a long time, and hate to say anything bad about places because I totally understand a bad day or a busy time. This However was ridiculous. The person taking the orders was struggling so bad he needed help with every order. At first we thought he was new, but then quickly realized he was just very bad at his job. He was like laughing at the fact that he couldn't ring anything up like it was funny. There was a line, we were hungry, it was not funny. The mac and cheese I got was the worst I've ever had. I could barley take a bite and gave up after 3. It was watery and had a very gross aftertaste. I asked for extra dressing with my salad and recieved a huge salad with two tiny tiny cups of dressing, enough for maybe a 4th of it. I didnt even eat it, the mac and cheese had grossed me out so bad I couldnt eat it I just took it home. Still haven't tried to eat it. The tables were disgusting and the doors to cabinets by the drink stuff was all open and stuff was just like falling out. I will never ever come here again. Maybe the Howard...
