went in about a month ago to buy a novo kit and the girl in there tried to convince me to get something else for 20 minutes because smok is a horrible brand. i finally gave in and got a ursa nano and she specifically told me that the pod will not leak. I was told it was a really good device and nobody has ever had problems with it. I had it for about a week and I realized that my pod was covered in juice and the magnet came out. I brought it back and asked if i could get a new device because it was covered in juice. She told me it was probably the pod type and told me i should try a new one and if that doesn’t work i can bring it in and get a new device because she was the one who told me that no one has ever had a problem with leaking. I tried that new pod out and it immediately starting leaking. I brought my device back and asked for a new one because it leaks. I was told I couldn’t get a new because the device had a minor scratch on it. So not only was i given false information that if it leaks again i can return it, I was also told that if I wanted a different device I would have to purchase a new one. Unbelievable! H That being said, the employees really should pay attention to items they're selling to customers. More than one occasion we have gotten a box pack of chew(the box was right) but cans inside were wrong. This is from employees refilling the box with the wrong item. Have been sold a menthol type vape juice, when we specifically asked for non-menthol. Sold wrong item for vapes, even though we stayed what we needed. It's carelessness on the part of the employees. I get that you want to make extra sales, but that's not really the way to keep business. Ordered chew like a month ago, still haven't gotten any. So, I can get my tobacco products elsewhere.

Read moreI’ve been shopping at tundra for a very long time buying many different things but recently I’ve upgraded to an e-rig upon purchasing one I brought it home and the glass cone had a crack in it and was leaking water. I went back the next morning to return it and then I get home and the lights flashing on the device indicating that the coil is not connected to the device. Then I go back to get a new coil not even 24 hours of purchasing the full device and I had to pay for a new coil. Not to mention when I got home with this new coil the topper was cracked! Also the multiple calls I’ve made to the store about this issue and how to fix it as I’ve now spent 200$ on something that doesn’t work.
