Food was excellent! Reasoning for the two stars is the service was absolutely ridiculous. From the second i walked in the employee behind the counter gave me what you would call the stink eye...like "what are you doing here" from a customer stand point it looked like she really hated her job, and had better things to do. Took my order, i paid and got my food and never said another word to me. Another customer had come in, an elderly woman...once she had left the employee mocked her in the way she had requested her order. Upon leaving not one word was said...no "have a nice afternoon" or "hope you enjoyed the food and we see you again" sitting in the parking lot writing this review a lady came out of not by bread alone and i had asked her how she got treated, her response "shes just not a happy person" so this seems like a trending thing with customers getting treated poorly. i will never come back to this establishment again. Lifes short enjoy it while you can...

I dont think Ive ever received a better experience in my life.. if I'm being honest. I order here very frequently to go. Im a little particular about what I do and don't want on my salads and they always nail it on the head. Today I did run into a bump when the salad wasnt what I wanted. I called expecting me to have to go pick the new one up (not a huge deal), but then she offered to bring me the new one. I wrapped up the old one and she brought my new salad in 10 mins with a smile. In the past with other companies the people are sort of nice and sort of judgey... I get it. but this time, I was greeted with a smile and she said "oh no you keep the other one and pass it on to someone else. Im just glad you have something you will actually enjoy :)" I couldnt believe how kind she was and how accommodating they were to me. I love you guys! TAKE...

I am very disappointed with this business’s service. Having gotten food on Saturday before, I drove to this location specifically, looking forward to making this my new Saturday breakfast spot. I was told they don’t serve food on Saturdays, only drinks. The name of the business is “Not by Bread Alone…” not Starbucks. There was nothing indicating this change online. Such a waste of people’s time, as I saw several families walk out with nothing. It was unprofessional, as we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. We were immediately greeted not with a “hi” but basically a slap in the face. Edit: If this is true, then who was working did not want to serve us. We were told we could not get food. When I asked about the sandwich I had gotten last Saturday, I was told, "Have a good day!" The workers did not want...
