I stopped in for lunch today to use my reward points for a free regular entree. When I was done ordering the lady at the register told me the total came to $4.48 I asked why because it should've been a free entree. She told me it was extra for the shrimp even though I ordered the lemon garlic shrimp scampi so the shrimp was already included. I asked if I could change my entree to something different then and she said of course and grabbed the manager. He refused to let me change my order because I would lose my reward even though the transaction didn't go through yet. So I made the $4.48 payment because I had no choice and left. I tried the pad Thai with zucchini noodles. It didn't taste good at all. So I asked to switch it. The attendant at the counter was very nice, and I changed it to zucchini noodles with marinara sauce. It was so salty that I got sick to my stomach. The nice attendant came by to check on me. I told him, he ran to the kitchen. He came back to the table with a card for a free dish. I asked if the noodles are usually that salty, he told me that they may not have been rinsed properly. But then he said the manager tasted the zucchini noodles and she didn't think they were salty. First time there. Girl talking my order was very pleasant, and explained things to me. Ordered Penne Scampi Shrimp, and Orange Chicken, and a side of buttered noodles. Took it home, and was still hot when I shared with my friend.
