I had a BAD time trying to get a fridge delivered from Lowes.A weds. delivery was "delayed" to Friday..no calls were made to us in this regard.I canceled the order.We then thought it best to shop at a local "Home grown" store. AR&A was terrific!.Sales women was sharp,polite and professional.I walked in the door at about 10:30 am,found and purchased a fridge that fit the budget and at 2:00 the same afternoon that fridge was in our kitchen!..The Delivery crew of two did a great job with the install.They were careful while bringing in the fridge with a tight fit thru the door,professional and polite.The install went off with out a problem and we are happy with this purchase.All future appliance's will be bought from this store...No more Big Box...

I walked in their showroom for the first time after doing some research on washers and made the decision to “Shop Local”. Linda greeted me with a friendly “Hello, can I help you find something?” and we walked over to the washers were she explained the Pros and Cons of each and asked questions about what was important to me in a washer. After about 15 minutes I decided to purchase one of their popular and reliable Speed Queen models. They had it in stock, delivered and installed at my house in about 3 hours. Amazing! You can’t find service like that at any “Big Box Store”! Thank you for making me look like a Super Hero when my wife came home to a newly installed washer that she didn’t have to...

Walked in recently with one other customer already in the store. We weren’t greeted on entry or exit and spent 33 minutes in the store. Additionally, nobody answers the phone (to set up appointments- if even necessary (who knows))? We were looking to purchase appliances for a new home along with a beverage center. If you enjoy no acknowledgment of your existence or greeting, no service, limited on-floor inventory and selection coupled with complete disregard for you being in their store and prices higher than what is online you will love this place!
