Visited about 2 weeks ago around 10:30 PM, walked in and was thinking about the choices to choose from. Walked up to the counter where I was met by the cashier alerting me at first that they only had thin crust available.. As I began to say okay, she then told me to wait.
She went in the back, talked to a co-worker, came back and literally said that they had nothing to sell 🤷♀️ I ask if she was serious and she said yes. I then ask her why we're they still opened if there's nothing, she stated that they were going to close.
At this point, I walked out to my car and called the store and requested a manager, the young guy (only other employee working with her) stated that he was the manager. I explained what just transpired inside the store, he was very apologetic and offered me a credit for any inconveniences. He also stated that the truck failed to bring what they need because of Labor day and stated that the same thing happened on the Memorial day holiday as well.
So fast forward, three days ago I go in to redeem the credit he gave me and as soon as I walk in the same your lady ask me if I could place my order online 🤔😶 then the manager walked up and I showed him the paper to redeem an order. I noticed that a customer next to me is trying to place her order online.
Fast forward, 30 minutes later, I'm looking and don't see anyone in the store, the manager is gone, the young girl is nowhere to be found, it's ridiculous. At this point the lady who ordered online, came in and waited as well. When the girl finally appeared from outside, the lady inquired about her order that she just placed and they couldn't find it, the girl walks in the back, calls someone, comes back and tells the lady that the manager refunded her money because they are out of products.
Meanwhile I finally got my order if that's what you want to call it, the pizza was completely a mess with very little cheese, the Italian cheesebread was old and rubbery, the cookie dough and mountain dew were the only 2 best things because they were pre-packaged and sealed! The manager left in the middle of my order, lol and left the lady there that was doing nothing!!
My questions are, why is this location open if there's constant issues? Why are these employees there if they themselves can not run the business? Where is the DM? Where is the owner? Why are there no products? Why are they selling half made food? Was there a training class for the employees? Are they riding the clock, this happened 2 times! Completely upset and I will be contacting CORPORATE, as this is...
Read moreThis location is Hit or Miss... When the planets align and this place is fully staffed you catch things right, you get good pizza relatively fast... But when it's every other night
The other 364 days a year, the place is trash. There's USUALLY only one or two people working the entire restaurant... So in addition to slow service and long waits the staff is ill and as dry as the pizza that they serve. And that that's not bad enough half the time. They can't even sell you the stuff that's on their menu because 'they're put off that". And then to top it off they never answer the phone, So if you want to order a head the only option you have is online or via the app.
I was out running some errands Thursday night and just popped by there to order some pizza, I didn't feel like downloading a brand new app to sit outside the restaurant and order when I can just walk in and do it. I go inside and there's already two or three people in there waiting. Takes I try to order a five meat pizza and a deep dish cheese... He tells me (we're out of dough...) .
How? You're a pizza restaurant... If you are completely out of dough then why are you even open? ... Anyway, I change my order making the cheese pizza a regular one and when I asked for a cheesy bread... He again says (yeah I don't have dough for that)...
I pay and ask for a estimated wait time and he says (oh I don't know, it'll be a few minutes). Another person comes in after me to order and the other employee that takes care of them says ( just letting you know we're behind and it'll be a good 30 to 40 minute wait).
So after about 30 minutes I finally got my pizzas. Thankfully they were correct...
If they get some proper staffing then I'll be able to increase...
Read moreIf you like your pizza with barely any sauce or cheese, go right ahead and get your pizza from here. We didn't normally go here for pizza, but for a kid's party, the price was right. Notice I said "didn't" not "don't" - - that's because our experience with them for this kids party was ridiculous--we're not going back. I went in (in person) and placed the order (and paid) hours ahead of time for 7 or 8 pizzas. I let the grandparents stop in to grab them on their way to the party, but guess what? They were clueless and had not made the order--they almost didn't find the original order where I had paid. I spoke on the phone directly to the woman and gave her the order pizza by pizza and she read it back to me correctly. The grandparents arrived and they had given us 3 wrong pizzas. All of the pizzas were supposed to be the "ExtraMostBestest" kind that were more expensive and came with a more normal amount of toppings compared to other pizza chains. The 3 wrong pizzas were the crappy, no-toppings sitting in the heater box kind. So, not only did we get the wrong kind, but we got shafted on the price, too. I didn't bother to call it in because they obviously don't care. You would think that after you dropped the ball and completely forgot to make a kids party order, that you'd make good and sure that you got the order right after making the grandparents wait for 15 minutes extra. Personally, I would have added in something like dessert items or something for the kids as well, just to try and make up for the inconvenience, but that's just me. Never again, especially at...
